They did a great job came out right away to give us a quote they were ready to work within about three days of agreeing on the quote the work took three days quite thorough throughout the house explained everything they were going to do before they did it left the house in better shape than when they found it and all I had left to do was paint . We have much better water pressure in our shower now. highly recommend them for anybody else wanting to get their full house re-piped great job guys!!!

The sales rep showed up without a mask and when I asked him to put it on he insisted on entering my home before he put his mask on. I called customer service and they said the were sorry to lose our business over such a "small" concern. I told the guy that I didn't think their customers' health was a small concern and he started talking about how people have different opinions about masks.

I can't rate their work because we didn't get that fire, but obviously we are going to go with someone else.

Can anyone tell me why they can't repipe a condo unit? They told me they do not repipe condo units but refused to give a reason. You would think a "specialist" would be able to do it.

We spoke with four different repipe companies and my husband felt Repipe Specialists offered the most professional job. I preferred to go with another company; however, I listened to his valid points and went against my gut instinct. This was a mistake, never again! The work was subcontracted out to a plumbing company, which I was not told until the day before they came, as this was definitely NOT my preference. In retrospect, my husband believes he should have taken off work to be our own general contractor and supervise the entire install. As costly as it was for us to repipe the house, we did not even get close to the professional work my husband expected. My expectations were lower and even those have not been met. We are going on almost 3 months (started February 18, 2020) and still waiting on the subcontracted repipe crew to come back AGAIN for more repairs. In fairness, when they called to come again (first week in April 2020) I requested they come at another time. However, I was told, and I quote, "YOU ARE NOT A PRIORITY BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE A LEAK." True, we do not have a leak, but the pipes in the wall and ceiling are banging so hard and loud that I am concerned something will break causing a catastrophic amount of damage. It appears connected to a fixture they installed. In maintaining brevity for this review, the additional issues are rather numerous to list, a few include: lack of strapping, knocking a light fixture loose, attaching the piping to multiple random loose boards in the attic, not securing the pipe on the water heater, being in a rush and haphazardly cutting through my solid wood paneling, leaving cigarette butts on our driveway, my husband removing foam cans from wall before drywall, etc. In the previous times they have come back they have repaired most of what is on the list. Their drywall team did an amazing job with patch and texture and they came back once for a few minor issues.

I was very impressed with the level of service from the install technicians. They went above and beyond my expectations. I went from a faucet that dripped water to a fully functional faucet. There was one minor problem but when I mentioned it. It was responded to and taken care of in no time. I've recommended Repipe Specialists to my HOA president. I explained to him why I selected Repipe Specialists over the competition. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the overall outcome. I would us them again.

We repiped as a preventative measure for leaks as our pipes are from the late 60s and also because when I thinking of drinking from the tap, I decided the pipe on the right would make a better straw.

You'll deal with 4 groups during the process. The salesperson, office staff, pipe installers, and Sheetrock guys. Our experience was smooth with all four. Everything was done as promised and expected.

If you're in the market for a repipe, there is no reason not to give these guys a call and get and estimate.

Had Repipe Specialist do a total repipe of my home after I discover my home had faulty piping due to poor workmanship. They came out when I was able to to make time, and were on time as they said they would be. They finish the job in the approx. time frame. They also responded very quickly to repair my disposal the next day. I am very satisfied with the work they did. They work with me on pricing to make sure it fit within what I could afford as well.
