Repipe Specialist are misleading every time I see the adds. They are only a middle man. They don't do the repipe they contract with local plumpers. That is after they tell you don't call local plumbers that isn't their specialty. Had a repipe done and not one person who came worked for repipe. It was a local plumber and if there was a problem you contact that plumber not repipe Specialist. So misleading.

When it is necessary to repipe the plumbing in your home, Repipe Specialist are second to none. They even did a great job closing any sheetrock they cut open! All I had to do was paint the sheetrock. They were very tactical about where they had to cut, and careful to minimize damage and disruption. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm not an expert in plumbing terminology so I will make this concise. Their salesman told me they could do something but when the plumbers arrived to do the job, they said they can't do it that way. Instead of only needing 20' to do the job, they need 150-200' and it will cost an additional $1800. This is 21% higher than my agreed contract. I call them several times yesterday, no one answers the phone. I left messages, no one has returned my call. Don't gamble with these guys. This is for a house in St. Petersburg, FL

This project's value, $10,528.00, is the worst decision I have ever made in my nearly 79 years on this earth. Please BEWARE of the RePipe Specialist's shiny brochures with photos of projects they have done. The cost to repair their mistakes has already cost me over $500.00, and we must find a drywall repair expert to re-texture the nearly 28 linear feet of drywall and find someone to repair two Masonite laminate cabinet walls, and trim pieces that were broken off. KBR came out to attempt to repair the Master Bathroom cabinet wall's large, hole they left after destroying our exterior wall's concrete block wall. They arrived at our home on Friday, May 31, 2024, thirty, (30) days after the original drainpipe was destroyed. This is after I complained to the CALIFORNIA representative's email with graphic photos of the through and through hole from the inside of the master bathroom to the outside that left a void for bull ants, roaches or whatever could gain access to our bathroom's interior. RePipe Specialists of Tampa Bay and their partner on our project, KBR Plumbing is in my professional opinion thirty, (30) years (Retired NACE International Certified Coatings Inspector) by far terrible service/no customer loyalty, very poor quality of workmanship, and by far the worst example of hard-earned money """"down-the-drain"""". If anyone doubts what I have said, I have an additional group of photos to share. The photos do not lie!
