Recommended Customer Reviews

with Repipe Specialists, not only was the PEX crew that came efficient and provided quality work, they even sent in a Sheetrock crew the next day and they were superb. i was going to do the Sheetrock repairs myself to save money, but the cost of the Sheetrock crew was low enough to talk myself out of doing it myself. Great bunch of Humans working for and subcontractEd by RePipe Specialists. Colin Cantu is a home run hitter with service and integrity! lifetime guarantee takes the sting away. Glad I don't have to worry about water at home anymore!

Had a whole-house repiping job done in June 2024 to replace our cast iron pipes. They were quick to get the job scheduled, but we had two major issues with the job.
1) They didn't adequately back fill the trenches they made and unfortunately, we had already moved out of state after the job was completed, so we were not there to inspect their work in person. The failure to back fill the trenches cost us a buyer on our house, which I am beyond livid about. The buyer backed out after seeing the huge unfilled areas and though Repipe did fix the issue, they had to bring in a digger to do so- leading me to ask how in the heck could they have done such a bad job with back filling the first time?
2) we were told that the warranty on the work was 10 years but only 4 years if transferred to another buyer. I never got a good reason for why this was and I feel it's shady.
Ultimately everything passed inspection, etc but due to the issues above, I'm quite upset about the whole process. Would not use them again if given the choice.

We live in North Dallas and our home was built in 1998 and had a lot of copper pipes located in exterior walls or walls that had poor insulation and prone to ruptured pipes.
So we reached out to Repipe Specialists and spoke to Jeff Potter, the regional sales representative who completed a remote phone survey of our needs.
He explained everything from what they do and why it is a great choice to how the process works and then provided a variety of payment options.
We opted for the option, which included drywall repair and that entailed a separate crew that came in after to do that work.
Both crews were very professional and ensured that the work was done correctly and were sensitive our needs to minimize the time in which water would be cut off, which was for only around 30 minutes while they checked the system for integrity.
During the work the Director for the region, Colin Cantu came out to our house to introduce himself and ensure that everything was going well, which was a nice touch.
Overall we are very pleased with the work and have peace of mind knowing now that we no longer need to worry about burst pipes and internal flooding of our home.

Hired Re-Pipe Specialist to completely repipe my 1970s house from the water main after finding an under slab water leak in the old original copper water lines. They are the only turn key re-pipe company I could find that also repairs all the holes they have to cut in the walls to run the new pex pipes. The wall repair looks great. (You have to match the paint and repaint yourself)
The repipe work also looks and works great. I had them make different zone for the house each with its own shut off valve so I can isolate any future leaks without having to shut water off to the entire house. They also added shutoff valves to the exterior water bibbs so I can completely drain the lines before hard freezes.
I got multiple quotes and Re-Pipe Specialist had the best pricing. (One quote I got was 5 times higher...)
I would recommend them to anyone that wants to repipe their entire house and be done with underslab water leak issues.

VERY DISSAPPOINTED!, I called due to underslab leak that I needed fixed, I was told that it was TOO SMALL of a project as they have large crews and unless I wanted my WHOLE house repiped they were not interested.
