Great crew they got started late the first day, finished quickly the next day and cleaned everything up good. They wore masks and foot covers when they were in the house .
The sheetrock repair crew went out of their way to come on Labor day. All the holes were patched and textured ready for paint before they left. They also observed the COVID 19 guidelines.
We had a couple of things we wanted them to address, that was done quickly.
All together a 5 star job.

We are in day 2 currently, but both crews have been very good and conscientious of their work. They are young guys and are very respectful. I am amazed at how they do all this. The guys running the pipes in the attic and down the walls yesterday were like attic ninjas. Very good. Ask for Jack, Chris and Kyle! They actually pointed out a problem in the attic that could've cost us thousands of $$.

A 2 because their subcontractors did a good job. They are not as the salesman (JOSH in this case) or the literature advertise. No inspection, no supervisor involvement, not the actual installers as represented, didn't mention that I would have to prep my shiplap under the wallboard prior to patching. Salesman recommended I not worry about the pipe between the foundation and water meter, (guess where the rusted pipes were?). My fault though, always beware of a service company that has a salesman to give the pitch.

We spoke with four different repipe companies and my husband felt Repipe Specialists offered the most professional job. I preferred to go with another company; however, I listened to his valid points and went against my gut instinct. This was a mistake, never again! The work was subcontracted out to a plumbing company (Courtesy Plumbing), which I was not told until the day before they came, as this was definitely NOT my preference. In retrospect, my husband believes he should have taken off work to be our own general contractor and supervise the entire install. As costly as it was for us to repipe the house, we did not even get close to the professional work my husband expected. My expectations were lower and even those have not been met. We are going on almost 3 months (started February 18, 2020) and still waiting on the subcontracted repipe crew to come back AGAIN for more repairs. In fairness, when they called to come again (first week in April 2020) I requested they come at another time. However, I was told, and I quote, "YOU ARE NOT A PRIORITY BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE A LEAK." True, we do not have a leak, but the pipes in the wall and ceiling are banging so hard and loud that I am concerned something will break causing a catastrophic amount of damage. It appears connected to a fixture they installed. In maintaining brevity for this review, the additional issues are rather numerous to list, a few include: lack of strapping, knocking a light fixture loose, attaching the piping to multiple random loose boards in the attic, not securing the pipe on the water heater, being in a rush and haphazardly cutting through my solid wood paneling, leaving cigarette butts on our driveway, my husband removing foam cans from wall before drywall, etc. In the previous times they have come back they have repaired most of what is on the list. Their drywall team did an amazing job with patch and texture and they came back once for a few minor issues.

I had Repipe Specialists come to my 40 year old 2 story townhome to re-pipe my home. They did a FANTASTIC job from start to finish. The crew of Mathew, Scott, and Cole was very communicative with me of their arrival, explaining what needed to be done, and cleaning up after themselves. As a female safety is always a concern and I did not have to worry about anything. The crew was polite, very professional, and at the end was a "last walk through" to make sure everything was working to my standard. I have received 3 quotes to re-pipe my home and they are by far the most fairly priced. It is always a concern/gamble to find an honest plumbing company and you don't need to look further, they are IT. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

What was above and beyond was during initial consultation, we had discussed how the dishwasher was to be removed to repipe. I bought a new dishwasher in preparation. But then it didn't end up being removed at all and they STILL honored installing it!

Anyone that has complaints of things not to their standard, my question to you is: did you ever bring it up to the person in charge? They fixed EVERYTHING at the final walk through.

And not that cheaper is better, but they were also up to 8,000 cheaper than other contractors I looked at. That, and they included MORE. Them patching the holes after and texturizing sold it for me. Thanks guys!!

this is the best Repipe deal in Texas. They not only know what they are doing and do it efficiently and completely, their chargers are half of the other companies

What a great experience! Low water pressure due to original 1974 galvanized pipes. From the estimate to the Repipe was awesome and professional. Could not recommend them any higher! It sure is great to have water pressure again!!
