Recently had repipe specialist repipe our entire house. Their work is amazing and customer service is phenomenal. When we initially got our quote, the inspector gave us great tips on the install and even saved our shiplap in our dining room and downstairs bath that a few other companies said they would have to cut through. We are very pleased with the work done! I highly recommend!

The name itself is a complete LIE, they DO NOT DO ANY WORK THEY OUTSOURCE IT. We believed Aaron when he was here and we signed a contract. We were then subcontracted to Crown plumbing, avoid this company also. They seemed nice but proceeded to LIE ABOUT THE JOB. They said they were not told that there was concrete to cut, I have a voicemail telling me they did!!! So their next lie was that I had a Blackwidow infestation under my 70 year+ old home as well as mold. It took me 7 days to finally get my money back as repipe Specialists could not find anyone to do the job. Along with more lies too many to get into. Thank God I Did Not Do Business with them.

I am writing this to tell everyone my experience with your company. We have been in our mobile home for 38 years and we had almost no water pressure! We are both retired. So the idea of repiping the house was to say at least very scary! I called a number of plumbers some of them as soon as I said mobile home they said no, and the ones that did mobile homes the estimates were shocking. Being on social security money is tight. I saw your ad in the Sunday paper so I checked out your web site. I was very impressed. So I called and first thing I said was do you do mobile homes when I heard Yes we do. I said can I get an appointment for an estimate. They sent me an email telling me John Oscarson would be coming out to give me an estimate. John was very professional went over everything showing me what needed to be done when he gave me the estimate I was in shock it was the lowest of any other plumbers and when he said the job would take one day Maybe two. I told him sign me up. He told me they will call and set the day the work could be done. The next day Telma called we talked and set the date. Monday the 24th. Monday at 7:50 two trucks and four men arrived they unloaded the truck in the drive way while I walked thru the house with the foremen two other men covered all the floors and they started the work. I cannot find the words to say how professional and courteous and considerate the crew was! they worked diligently, without a break all the time being careful of walls floors and furniture. When they were done the foremen did a walk thru with me while the others were cleaning up when they left the house looked like no one was ever there. Anyone thinking about having their house repiped ""Don't waste your time calling any other plumbers! Call Repipe Specialists you will get the best price and their work will be done professional neat, painless and without any problems!"" Just a note the complete job was done in one day!
I will recommend Repipe Specialists to everyone. they are the best.

My experience with Repipe Specialist was phenomenal. We first met with John Oscarson the estimator. He explained everything and gave us a quote on the spot that was a lot cheaper than the other quotes that we had already received. I told him that I needed to postpone the job for a couple of months and he said that it would be no problem. He was right. When I was ready, I called his office and scheduled the job, no problem.

The repipe crew showed up on time and hit the ground running. Eddie was the foreman. We walked the job and his crew started getting things covered up and staged. There were five guys total on the crew. Two of them worked on the main line coming from the street and the other three worked inside the house. The whole crew new exactly what to do. There was no standing around waiting for direction, they all took different rooms and went to work. The quality of the work is incredible. I was so impressed with these guys. I have been a contractor my whole career and I wish that I had workers like the ones that worked on my house. There were a few minor problems that came up during the repipe and each time someone would come to me and we were able to fix the problem right then and there. These guys got to my house at 8:00am and were completed by 3:00pm. Amazing. If you can request this crew, I highly recommend them. They are highly professional and hard working. The quality of their work is incredible.

This house is 65 years old and has had almost no repairs to it. While the walls were open and the guys were under the house, we discovered that the drain pipes were in serious trouble. We were able to grab the drain pipes and they would crumble in my hand. So, I had them replaced the next day. During this time, the city inspector showed up and found no infractions with their work. Not one problem. The inspector even mentioned to me how good the work appeared to him.

Next came the patching. As soon as the repipe was complete, I received a phone call from Tellma and she scheduled the patchers according to my schedule. They also arrived on time and had the same work ethics as the other crew. This was a two man crew. I showed them where the holes were and they went right to work. The quality of their work is way beyond what I expected. You really can't tell (after painting) where the holes were. On the inside of the house, only light sanding was needed before paint and the texture on the stucco on the outside was matched so well that it fades away and you can't tell where the walls were opened. Awesome job, awesome.

I would definitely recommend Repipe Specialist to all of my family and friends. I really had this good of an experience with this company.

Piping crew was the most unprofessional set of contractors I have ever worked with. They initially put down plastic and dust protection; however, then proceeded to do work in in areas no covered by the plastic in an area completely different from where they said they were going to be working. This resulted in my bed and all of my clean laundry getting covered in insulation and dust. Crews did not follow directions and had an utter lack of attention to detail. When the left for the day after ""completing"" the repipe all of my shower faucets were leaking having never previously leaked. They also crushed one of my steel AC Ducts in the attic and I only found out when i started investigating why my bedroom was not cooling down. They did ultimately repair the AC Duct and the leaky faucets but I should have never been having to complain about these issues to begin with.

I am late in writing this review. I did let repipe specialist know I was not happy on their personal review they sent me with no response. I had just seen their add on TV and remembered I had not posted a review which mind you I almost never write a review but felt this was necessary.

They started the work on January 8th and were supposed to be done in 3-4 days. They showed up on time did the work on the first day and everything was on schedule. At this point you pay for almost the whole thing. After that it all went down hill. Mind you that RS tell you that once the work starts you are to have all contact with the guy running the pipe crew and not them. So the head guy shows up and tells me that they can not get a city inspection until January 17th which is 9 days later. Says the city is always backed up after the holidays and everyone knows that and he can not help what the salesman promised us. So there we sit waiting with about 40 holes in our ceiling. We got the inspection on the 17th and was told they would finish on the 18th and 19th. Well They showed up late on the 18th to start patching and worked until 6 and started getting sloppy with the patching process as it got late. I had to constantly point things out. Then I was informed they could not finish it until Monday which was a holiday and we had plans, but we stayed home and then they did not show up until noon that day and worked until almost 8 at night. They scheduled the last inspection and said they could not close up the final whole on our stucco outside until after the final inspection which did not happen until the 29th. Then the next day they closed the final whole up out side. So they completed the job on January 30th.

Also during the whole time the head guy was unavailable to us to talk with until the very end. He had us dealing with the guy doing the patch work.

I had my single story house repiped a view weeks ago. From the first phone call on until they finished everyone was very professional. They started on a Thursday, the city inspector came on Friday and the drywall crew came on Saturday. I was impressed how fast and smooth everything went. I am glad I chose them.

I first met with Jonathan Lopez and he was very professional and explained everything in detail to me and was not pushy in any way. I checked with a couple of references and got stellar reviews from them in my local area. Another company came in and quoted, but was rather pushy and I did not trust their evaluation. After I signed the contract with Repipe Specialists, the crew came in and did a fantastic job in about one day, which I thought was incredible. Everything went on schedule and the new system (PEX) is doing great with no issues what so ever. I highly recommend Repipe Specialists for any work you may require.

We had Repipe Specialists give us an estimate and information of having our 74 year old home that we have lived in for over 50 years repiped. Aaron Davis came to check out the project and gave us an estimate. We had another estimate, and Repipe Specialists did come even at a better price. I really thought about it and it is best to go with a company that specilalies in one product and is the best. It did take longer than expected, but we are so happy with the work and the workers. They were a very hard working crew and we feel we got the best job regardles of the price. If we had to do it again we sure would go with the best and that for us was Repipe Specialists.
