The initial appointment was quick and they were able to schedule the job within 2 days. They do use different contracted carriers under their name and we happen to have a very good one. So you at first meet with a sales rep and then they reach out to see whom they have available. Bill was very good, but know that they are a separate entity and you deal directly with them once the job starts. We did have an issue as the sales rep stated they would install our new dishwasher, however Bill explained that they could not as it would affect the warranty. We didn't really expect them to install anyway as it was a big job and I really needed them to focus on the repipe. The stucco and patching was also done very well and the entire project to only 2 days. They also had one wire they accidently sliced on the electrical when installing the pipes, but they had that repaired right away. I would use them again.

Repipe Specialists are incredible for a few reasons . I had a flat roof so they repiped in my ceilings inside the house - yes cut holes in my ceilings -
* I got prices from private plumbers and the cost was 30-40% more
* The private plumbers insulation was almost triple -- meaning home down time was much longer
* The patching was extra with the plumbers but part of Repipe Spe-- .
* The Repipe team came in and 2 days later finished
* Another patch team came in and 1 day later finished - they forgot one area behind a door and rushed out the next day to finish it and apologized . 1st class - simple
* Most of all they were very clean - no one is perfect , but if anyone doing a major inside job like that is at 98-99% , him happier than happy .
Conclusion - I was shocked at the price and shocked at how fast it was installed and shocked how fast they patched and matched the other stucco

We were nervous and dreading having to repipe our home. I interviewed several companies but I gained so much knowledge about the entire process from my meeting with Rafael. He noted several extra items they took care of as part of the job that no other Repipes told me they would do.

Once Andy and his crew arrived, the protected every area of our home with plastic and quickly removed it all when the job was done. They worked quickly and efficiently and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Andy took the time to explain several unrelated issues and how I can fix them. He addressed any questions and concerns that we had immediately and professionally.

They also cut less holes than the other Companies had told me they would do and the patches blend in seamlessly.

Our entire experience was positive and in stark contrast to several friends who had gone through the same process.

They were quick, neat, and professional. The drywall team did an excellent job putting it all back together. The process of re piping isn't the most fun way to spend your time. However, the representative (Michael Norris) came out to our home, listened to our concerns, took measurements and surveyed our current plumbing and made recommendations. He sat with us and explained the details of this process. We set the date to re pipe and the plumbers who are sub contracted came out and completed the job in 2 days. We did have to wait for the patchwork to be completed.

All in all, we were very happy with the work that was done. The areas of improvement are primarily with the plumber that was sub contracted. We stayed in touch with our rep and he made sure that our concerns were addressed.

Recently I had my whole house repiped through Repipe Specialists. My most impression is they did not mess my upstairs at all. I did not need to repaint my upstairs. So unbelievable!!! Also they were on time and one day finished them all. I strongly recommend this company!

Had a slab leak and pinhole leak. My insurance only covered the pinhole and when I got the quote to reroute one pipe I decided to repipe. From the initial contact to the job completion I couldn't ask for a smoother run company. The sales rep was very professional and explained the process. The teams that did the work were very professional and respectful of their surroundings. They covered everything. Day one demo and repipe, followed by inspection and then schedule for the patch and texture crew to finish the job. I was so happy after it was done and the quality of the finishing/patch work. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to repipe.

Stay away!!! We had our house repiped in July 2018 with PEX pipes. They subcontract people to do the work, so they can get the highest profit while you pay a lot of money ($7800 for a 1400 square foot house).
There is poor communication between them and the city inspection. They promise you a date to start the work, but after they get the contract signed and the down payment, they call to change the appointment.
The second crew that fixed the dry wall brought along two of their kids (7 and 10 years old) and they did not even asked permission. They did not introduce themselves, they did not wear anything to show that they work for Repipe Specialists.

They subcontract out and we had three different companies handling our project. They caused another leak during the project and took no responsibility. They also didn't patch all the holes, didn't put back appliances, took six days to do project, and removed baseboards but never replaced. Funny I can't get anyone to call me back....wish I had gone with Repipe One instead.
