Repipe Specialists are one of the worst contractors I have worked with.
I'm a contractor that hired them to just do the repipe on a home we were working on. The amount of paper work we had to sign and the way the company works is like working with caltrans or the government. Also be prepared to pay for the complete job before is signed off by the city or county.
I would never recommend them to any homeowner or contractor.
Also not all the work that was paid for was performed.
After talking with all the different departments I found that the company is run not as 1 company but runs sub companies underneath it. They farm there work to another company and the sales people work by 1099's commission only Ect.

Do yourself a favor and check around and get 3 bids and feel them out. Also Check there lic with the board and see what reveiws come up when searched.

We live in Sacramento. The pipes in our 1956 house were not in the best of shapes, so we decided to repipe. After getting several quotes, we decided to go with Repipe Specialists, due to their reasonable price, 30 year track record, and lifetime warranty. We couldn't be more pleased with the process. We decided to go with L copper pipe. On the day of the installation, a crew of nine arrived around 10 AM, and finished the job by 3:30 PM. They laid drop cloths on the floor to cover all areas where the inside work would take place. Of course a few holes have to be opened to install the risers to the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room, and covered counters, tables with plastic film. The firm they subcontracted is Gallegos Plumbing. Very professional, neat, and friendly. The city inspector came the following Monday and praised their work. I call their office and they scheduled the wall patching for the next day. The patching work was excellent. So from our point of view everyone involved did a terrific job! Also the customer service is very responsive. We needed a form filled out for our home insurance company to certify the pipes have been replaced, and got it back from them the next day. So to summarize, we recommend Repipe Specialists for your repiping needs. It's a hassle-free one--stop-shop for the whole repiping process.

We recently reached out to multiple companies about receiving our Whole house repipe . We ended up going with Repipe specialists . They had an experience in the business as well as a fair price and the salesman did a great job explaining every step occur.

However, we did not realize, but they subcontract out to accompany called KBR plumbing and we had a horrible experience! Feel free to visit my review of them!

All of the information said to reach out to a specific number and ask for Lisa for any assistance. Turns out Lisa was out of town for two weeks. We failed our Pasco county inspection not once but twice. They made small errors, like not filling all of the old pipes, only some of them. Others were missing brackets that were required.

I would not recommend Repipe specialists as they were also hard to get a hold of during this whole process.

Repipe Specialists did a fantastic job of replacing my old home's pipes.
They were very professional and quick from beginning to end.
I could not have asked for a better outcome.
They came and did all the work in one day and once the city inspector approved the work came out the next day to repair all the walls,
Both crews were terrific can't say enough good things about the experience that I had working with them. I highly recommend them.

I spoke to someone named Art who took the time out to make a facetime call to help me diagnose the leak I was having. We did not find the exact issue but he gave me a lot of free information about my plumbing over the phone

We got multiple estimates to repipe our whole house. We chose repipe specialists and it was a great experience!! Price was cheaper than other estimates. They repiped our entire house in one day, 2400 sq feet. After our city did the sign off, they had guys out here several days later to drywall and finish which these guys that finished did an amazing job! We will definitely refer for this company!

They are unresponsive after installation
They give the impression that they do the work themselves but they subcontract to different contractors. Those contractors are not responsible and follow up after inspection is terrible. I've had my dry wall open since 3/25/24. Told the entire process would only take a few days and here I am almost a month after I signed the contract I'm still waiting for completion.

Worst experience of my life. Do NOT hire this company. When the problems start they will refer you to the cheap labor companies that actually do the work and they will refuse to assist you. My house has been destroyed for over 2 weeks and no one at this company cares
