I am grateful to the entire team for their efficiency, knowledge, organized skills, hassle free, neatness considering the circumstances, promptness and the ability to complete the project in a day. The work ethic is beyond impressive!! I highly appreciated this company as you can rely on them without a doubt!! Another team who patched up the drywall was just as great! Outstanding work!

After twice having leaking pipes that flooded our house, we decided to re-pipe. Repipe Specialists were recommended to us by our contractor and I can't begin to tell you how pleased we were with their work. They do sub-contract their work but they only use a few companies in all of So Cal and their subcontractor was excellent. We have a two story, 3600 sf house and they did all of the re-piping in one day and then all of the drywall and stucco patching in one day. The entire process took 3 days (one day delay in order to get City inspection). They were extremely intelligent in how they accessed the piping in order to minimize the damage to the house. They did not have to break any of the tile and we have four bathrooms. They protected our furniture and hardwood floors, cleaned up after their work. They were timely, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Repipe Specialists.

Pretty responsive to my phone call and they came out right away only problem was they were way overpriced on bidding the job. I had some pinhole leaks the past couple years and a lot of my neighbors are getting whole house re-piping jobs done between a range of $6000 to $8000 repiping specialist came in at over $10,000.
Probably do good work but not worth 30 to 40% more than what the competitors are charging.

April fools day 2021, the first time out of covid quarantine, we left our house for a few hours only to come back and find a pipe had burst and flooded our basement. We contracted Repipe of Utah to replace our old pipe with Repipes patented PEX pipe....it's very expensive! What you see is not what you get the plumbers they sent looked like gang members. Even our neighbors were taken back. I have to say the Repipe plumbers lacked quality workmanship! Granted Repipes patented pipe looks beautiful but the craftsmanship in which it was installed was subpar at best! Their Repipe installers made many errors in their install and also broke building code by not having a journeyman plumber here at all times....apprentices we're here alone for at least four hours without supervision from a journeyman plumber. I will name a few of the errors made on our May 2021 install: 1) Reversed hot and cold water in the main floor bathroom, downstairs bathroom and laundry room. 2) Scratched my Toto toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom with a plumbing tool (they replaced the seat). 3) Instead of coming through the bathroom wall they drilled a hole in my nice tile floor without even calking the opening so If the toilet over flows the water will drain downstairs! Nobody ever talked to us about doing that! It also now makes it difficult for me to clean by the toilet! 4) One of the apprentices admiring my nice stainless steel wolf stove ran his hand across the top of the stainless steel while having pipe dope on his hands and ruined the finish of my nice stove. I keep cleaning it but the haze keeps coming back. 5) Because if the plumbing errors made, Repipe sent a second crew to fix first crews mistakes by fixing reverse hot and cold water connections. a)The laundry - they said it could not be corrected so that is a permanent reminder of Repipes incompetence! b) The downstairs shower faucets - they broke our Moen valve (we called another plumber to replace it which cost $200...Repipe reimbursed us.) c) The main floor bathroom - second crew said the pipe was not long enough so in order to fix it they had to make many connections using regular PEX piping and crimps not the patented plastic pipe and fittings (looks like the spaghetti bowl) I thought voided their warranty? 6) Repipe sent a 3rd crew - to replace the connection under main floor bathroom sink because it was leaking. (Not sure if that is the cause of an apparent leak in our downstairs bathroom ceiling which nobody has repaired or checked out. 7) Lastly Repipers made their connection to the main water line by the shut off valve inside our house enlarging the size of the hole with a drill around the incoming water pipe coming through our foundation. Thus making the previous tight fit exponentially bigger around the incoming water pipe. By doing this, it went against IPC Plumbing code by not caulking interior foundation hole compromising the integrity of our foundation thus making water leak in. The increase in the hole from inside that the repipers made and not sealing it up in anyway is what led to the water leaking in from outside. The only thing that changed our homes existing conditions in 20 plus years was Repipe connecting to our main water line shutoff valve. We hired a leak specialist at extra cost to us to seal the shutoff valve connection which repipe plumbers should have done had they followed IPC Plumbing code. In short, Repipe is responsible for the leak that followed. Repipe let us down and is not the company we were led to believe. Not only is Repipe not taking responsibility for the domino affect caused by their sloppy work but the grief and anxiety it has caused my husband I who are in our mid 70's. Because of that leak and Repipes's incompetence, our new carpet of just a week was ruined and Repipe refuses to reimburse us the $1500 it cost us to replace. Also Repipe does not have their own plumbers they don't pull up in a Repipe truck but rather contract to outside plumbers. Buyers beware!

I was happy overall. Great prices and guys were neat. They missed a small section of drywall but totally understandable because the guys who do the drywall don't know where all the openings are. But they came back out to fix it. Drywall was good but texture could be a little neater (me being a perfectionist but a normal person would notice). They were flexible with me and polite. I think a 4 star is a fair rating overall.

This company is a parody of a company! They are repiping our condo so let's cut to the point. We had an 8 month old baby now 10 months and they tried to tell us there was going to be giant holes in our daughters play room all weekend. So since this was 2 months in advance we asked for a different 4 business days that wouldn't leave us with a hole in the wall. So after the receptionist cursed at my wife and I got on the phone (obviously left out details) we got it straightened out to where they'd start on Tuesday and everything was to be done by Friday.....
So Tuesday they show up at 7:30
Wednesday no show
Thursday show up at like 9 (start was 8)
Friday no show and our house is still in disarray and cannot be used
Saturday we're fuming
Sunday we asked the lord for help
Monday no show and my wife gets Covid
Tuesday they show up with no word, no appointment and scare the hell out of all of us and wake my baby up. AND THE WEATHER IS RAINING CRAZY with chances of tornadoes in California and they decide to show up out of the blue

So now my house is in disarray. My baby cannot even be put down. And now my wife has covid so they won't be back for at least a year at the rate they lie and move (sarcasm)

I took the time to write this review because of the extreme incompetence of this company. Please value this review and use another company!!!

The crew they hired stole cash and jewelry from the house during the repipe / patchwork. Had to file a police report. BEWARE!!!!

Update as of 12/14: I called the number provided and left 2 messages for a call back and haven't heard back from anyone.

Very professional, competent, and customer service oriented. We were highly impressed with the attention to detail--extra time and high quality materials making the job not just right--but perfect!! The repiping took 1 day, and the drywall repair took 1 day--very efficient. Without question, this project was a great value!!

My house had polybutylene pipes which are defective and discontinued in the 1990s. After several leaks a year, I decided to get my house repiped. I researched a few companies with good reviews. Two of them touted copper over pex and said it would take 4-6 days for the repipe. I talked with the sales rep from Repipe Specialist and was initially turned off by the somewhat hard sell and sales tactic of quoting high then offering a 20% discount. Actually, I initially dismissed this company. However, the more I researched the more I came to the conclusion that Uponor Pex is superior to copper in most ways. Research it yourself. So, after reconsideration, I went with Repipe Specialists, especially since they said they could do the initial repipe in one day!. The repipe crew showed up on time. The lead gave me an overview of what they would do, then commenced work. They laid protective tarps everywhere and were very careful and professional. I had a last minute request to add a ""loop"" in the garage so I could put in a water filter, which they did no problem. They had the water back on and fully functional in around 5 hours. With 4 adults working from home, this was totally awesome! The city inspection passed with flying colors. The patch crew came and did mostly a pretty good job. However, they missed a section of texturing that was behind a dresser and also left quite a few screws and nails in my driveway which I found over the next week. Overall, I would recommend these guys. This is all they do and they are very good at it. Helpful tip: when the repipe guys cut out drywall, bring the prices the Home Depot or Lowe's so they can match the paint.
