We were referred to Art by our plumber to assess whether we needed to repipe our home. Coincidentally, our water company had detected a leak in our system a few days prior to Art coming to view our property. Art quickly determined that the leak was with our new irrigation system and not in the house, thus saving us thousands of dollars! Art was willing to wait while we contacted the installer of our irrigation system who was able to come over and talk directly with him. The installer found and repaired the leak. Art did not charge us for his time and expertise. If and when we need repiping we will definitely use his company.

We used Repipe pro in July 2024 for repiping. Our experience with them has been excellent not just for the initial job but also regarding follow up and their customer service.

After looking at many companies we decided to proceed with Repipe Pro as their quote was reasonable. Ed was very clear on what he will do and how long it will take. He also guided us regarding a tankless water heater. We ended up not installing one based on his professional guidance. They were available very soon after the initial meeting. The work was meticulous. As promised the water heated well.

The subsequent day the dry wall patcher came by and did his work efficiently as well and worked with our painter so we can paint eventually to avoid any patches on the ceiling.

What set them apart was the response after the initial install. We had 3 concerns which we brought up to them.

The first one was that the angle stops under the sink had to be repositioned. After speaking with Thelma and Art the repositioning was done promptly the very next day.

The second and third were concerns for some leaks. Art came by himself and assessed the situation and guided us appropriately. The leaks were not related to the repiping but were related to a sprinkler and an overflowing flush tank. We appreciated him taking the time and making sure our concerns were addressed.

Thelma who helps coordinate things is a delight and is very efficient.

Art leads by example. We appreciate the efficiency, responsiveness, understanding and ownership taken.

Art was very friendly and thorough and offered a better solution for routing pex pipes for our house. We got a few repipe companies to come out and gave their proposals, but none of them would do copper stub-outs at a reasonable price like Art did. He is so knowledgeable and, most importantly, keeps his promises. Don't get me wrong- this is not an easy project to do to a house as a homeowner, and Art was willing to take my calls in the early morning and late at night when I have questions despite that he's extremely busy. Very few people in the construction industry do that, so we really appreciate your kindness and outstanding service, Art.

Adis the foreman for the water main line repair and his partner for the job were on time, identified the problem quickly and clearly explained how the job would be completed and noted any potential problems or issues that might arise.

In under four hours, they dug out a trench from the water connection at the street up to the emergency shut off at my house. They then laid new pipe, wrapped it, and refilled the trench they'd dug.

The water worked perfectly and the leak from the main water line that had been gurgling up through the dirt was gone. They had to cut back part of a shrub near the shut off valve, but the reason for this had been clearly explained prior to the job.

The speed and quality of their work was excellent and payment through the main office of RePipe Pro was easy.

Did a very clean thorough job to my 100% satisfaction. Price is reasonable. They took only 95% of the payment. The next day, 2 nice gentlemen turn up for patching. This company really cares about their customers! Customers are #1 and for that, I'd recommend them. They were very well-prepared in their presentation with samples of the material they'd be using as I did not see this from any of the other quotes I had received. I did have an issue with something once the job was completed, but Art personally came out to inspect the issue and he made sure that it was to be taken care of to my satisfaction. There was never any pushback as he just wanted to make me as the customer happy. Art and Telma were both a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend this company.
