Art was very friendly and thorough and offered a better solution for routing pex pipes for our house. We got a few repipe companies to come out and gave their proposals, but none of them would do copper stub-outs at a reasonable price like Art did. He is so knowledgeable and, most importantly, keeps his promises. Don't get me wrong- this is not an easy project to do to a house as a homeowner, and Art was willing to take my calls in the early morning and late at night when I have questions despite that he's extremely busy. Very few people in the construction industry do that, so we really appreciate your kindness and outstanding service, Art.

Adis the foreman for the water main line repair and his partner for the job were on time, identified the problem quickly and clearly explained how the job would be completed and noted any potential problems or issues that might arise.
In under four hours, they dug out a trench from the water connection at the street up to the emergency shut off at my house. They then laid new pipe, wrapped it, and refilled the trench they'd dug.
The water worked perfectly and the leak from the main water line that had been gurgling up through the dirt was gone. They had to cut back part of a shrub near the shut off valve, but the reason for this had been clearly explained prior to the job.
The speed and quality of their work was excellent and payment through the main office of RePipe Pro was easy.

Art is a true expert in every aspects of a house re-pipe project. He patiently explained pros and cons on available options during the initial estimate. The contract he provided are detailed, clear and comprehensive. The work performed by his team was on time, professional and very high quality. Without reservation I would recommend his company on anything related re-pipe.

I called many places and checked rating. Nothing came close to Repipe Pro's 5 star rating. The final vendor has to be approved by my wife and son too. Everything checked. The guy who visited my home to give quote was very professional and reassuring everything is going to go well. I was working from home so I can keep a watch. 4 men plumbing army came exactly at 8 AM. Did a very clean thorough job to my 100% satisfaction. Price is reasonable. They took only 95% of the payment. The next day, 2 nice gentlemen turn up for patching. Again, they did a thorough clean job, patiently. I am 100% satisfied.

This company really cares about their customers! Customers are #1 and for that, I'd recommend them. They were very well-prepared in their presentation with samples of the material they'd be using as I did not see this from any of the other quotes I had received. I did have an issue with something once the job was completed, but Art personally came out to inspect the issue and he made sure that it was to be taken care of to my satisfaction. There was never any pushback as he just wanted to make me as the customer happy. Art and Telma were both a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend this company.

Our project went smooth, on time and on budget. Art took the time up front to thoroughly understand our situation and come up with the best plan. His crew was on time, worked efficiently, were professional and respected our home.

So many good things to say about Art Hovespian and RePipe Pro, his amazing company!!! First, excellent, excellent service - thanks to Telma, who is the most responsive lady 7/24 on the project; she kept me up to date at every stage. Art's unique concept of focusing a substantial and experienced team for the repiping work is nothing short of genius! Repiping our 4 full bathrooms (including a very difficult-to-repipe spa tub), kitchen, laundry room, water heater, outside bibs) took only ONE DAY (truth!). The initial repiping team was incredible - very skilled but friendly folks (led by Adis -- Vic, Edgar, Jero, Ernesto, Vahe, and Seroj). Restoration was just a bit over one day for the drywall (again by a wonderful and careful team - Jorvis, Boris and Rubik) -- a modern miracle. And at a very good price. Art definitely knows his business -- and cares about taking good care of his customer family (including an amazing lifetime guarantee.) Thank you Art and Telma!! Don't ever change~

I was looking to fully repipe my 60-year-old home with PEX-A after a slab leak and obtained quotes from multiple repiping companies. Repipe Pro was the only company that sent a plumber, Ed, out to my home to prepare the quote. I asked Ed about adding a hose bibb to the side of the home and Ed said that would be no problem, included with the quote. I greatly appreciated that if I went forward with Repipe Pro, that Ed would be leading the team doing the repipe.
Shortly after Ed gave me the quote and left my home, I received a call from Art, the owner, and we had a conversation about my concerns and expectations on the repipe process.
Repipe Pro's quote came in around the middle of the pack but I felt confident that I would get a quality job from them.
Ed and three other men on his crew arrived shortly before 8AM and finished the repipe at around 2PM. They covered up the workspace and floor with tarps/sheets and left the place fairly clean by the end. Don't expect things to be spotless -- you will need to do some dusting and vacuuming of the work areas but I think that would be the case with any repipe company you hire.
The initial inspection by the city happened the next morning. Of course, if your city is backed up, the timing might be different for you. After the inspection, I called the office manager Telma, who is also Art's wife, to arrange the patch job.
The patchers were a team of two men. They arrived around 8AM and finished around 4PM. Again, they left the work areas fairly clean but I had to do some vacuuming and dusting to get things up to my standards. Afterwards I called Telma again to arrange the second and final inspection.
The second city inspector was very impressed with the stucco patch job. He said he had been a contractor for 20 years and wishes he could do stucco like that.
Overall, working with Repipe Pro was a good experience and I would recommend them.

Repipe Pro,
Run by Art at the helm, Telma behind the scenes, coordinating their well flowing teams are of the highest integrity in both workmanship and character. After extensive research I reached out to Repipe Pro in February 2023 after a pinhole leak ruined half our home.
Art walked and dictated the job, even pointing out our laundry room ceiling was a drop celling, something we never noticed in 20+ years of living here, saving the need to cut into some cabinets. The job was set to occur shortlty after. Then the rest of our home flooded. No kitchen, furniture, or sanity left I was unable to proceed with job until February 2024, calling Art again, amidst the year long insurance fight.
With great dismay, Art informed me he could no longer take the job due to company changes. We spoke some more, I dont believe I changed Arts mind. Neither did the extra money I offered. Art, said he would perform the job with a condition, to which I agreed.
The crew flawlessly repiped the entire house, new water heater, permits and automatic shut off valve and inspection was passed. The condition of job was no patching. I already was having lots of drywall work done but did not get fixed bid from that contractor.
That contractor replaced and textured almost my entire downstairs for a reasonable sum, about 3000. Once he heard Repipe Pro were not patching he told me it would be nearly 15000 to patch the repipe holes, even driving back to his office to print an work estimate for me to sign and came back with more drywall ready to take advantage. That man had no integrity - he ended up losing out on 35000 of more carpentry, painting, and tile work a few months later.
In a panic I called Art. Art and Telma made an opening for their patch crew who drove several extra hours each day. They are artists.
For over a year I had holes in my walls, no insurance money, with constant fear of more leaks.
Repipe Pro took the job that was more trouble for them than it was probably worth. It was worth everything to us.
There are many repipe companies. Choose Repipe Pros.
With great thanks,
---Spencer

Art is probably tired of getting so many five-star ratings but I am adding another! I strongly recommend Repipe Pro because you not only get Art and his years of invaluable experience, you also get his whole team of courteous, customer-focused, knowledgeable, and professional crews.
My new house was built in 1961 and the plumbing was completely shot: the cast-iron drains were almost entirely closed, hot water wasn't reaching some of the faucets, and there were leaks everywhere including the slab, main, and at the meter. None of the shutoff valves worked completely.
I consulted with all companies in my area with top reviews on Yelp, and had mixed results: some were fair, at least one was an obvious hustler, and the pricing was consistent between them. All of the companies intended to replace the water lines with PEX but the approach to the drains was very different.
Most of the companies I consulted would have rehabilitated the pipes in-place, i.e., ""trenchless,"" and in these cases the plumbers had a technique they used routinely: lining, epoxy, etc. But their costs were as high or higher than replacing the pipe and the solution they provided was not as durable... I guess you're paying to avoid the disruption.
And here is where Art outshined them all: Whereas all the other companies pushed to solve my problem using their favorite technique, Art gave me options and let me decide what was best for me.
Art has so much experience that he practically had X-Ray vision when he walked into my house. He knew where every pipe would be in the walls, in the slab, and underground. He then provided various options for repiping my house, pointed out when ""tough"" decisions had to be made, e.g., removing cabinets or opening walls and floors, and provided pricing and the pros-and-cons for each.
Art's service was the best value for money, and his focus on customer satisfaction was amazing. He really cared that I was happy and went over-and-above to address all of my questions and concerns.
I opted for trenching and replacing the existing drains with ABS and I have to say it may not be for everyone... for three weeks it looked like someone threw a stick of dynamite into the house! But its all over now, the house looks great, and the plumbing is perfect.
Art has a great crew working with him that he has built over the years, with many of his crew working for him for a decade or longer. In my experience they are loyal to him and equally committed to customer satisfaction.
Art did exactly what he said he was going to do, in exactly the amount of time he said it would take, and exactly at the price he quoted. The work was top-quality and the experience was white-glove from beginning to end.
I strongly recommend Repipe pros.
