Our home was built sometime prior to 1928, and has all kinds of nooks and crannies making what would be a simple job of pipe replacement a nightmare.

Art, Thelma, John, Simon and several others, were a part of the worlds, worlds, yes I mean worlds,greatest repipe professionals. In one week they had opened up the walls, replaced the hot and cold water lines, closed up and brought to a ready to paint finish all areas opened, inside and outside the house. Additionally, while working on the second day we discovered the sewer pipes had some serious cracks and had the whole sewer system replaced/updated.

We were so impressed by the care taken to minimize the inconveniences to us, one day when they finally broke for lunch, late in the day, we served them a little treat to go with their lunch. We also felt compelled to give an additional financial tip to some specific workers.

Simon the man who closed up all the openings which included, drywall, stucco, lath and plaster, and popcorn ceilings did his work with the art of a craftsman and diligence as if it was his own home. We hope we made his christmas a little happier.

Repipe Pros did a complete repipe on my Mom's home. They did an efficient job, finished in 1 day and we also had them move the water heater to an outside location. They took care and covered the areas they worked in. The original leak is all gone!!
Their Patching team did an amazing job patching all the holes inside and outside, leaving her home ready for paint. They left my Mom's home clean.

Art and his team are very professional and I am happy to have given Repipe Pro my business. I received a competitive bid and appreciated all the information Art provided - even before I could even ask for it. References were readily available, plumbing materials detailed out, and a property walk completed with ease. Art provided a detailed written quote for the work before leaving.

I had obtained several other bids for the project but decided to go with Repipe Pro due to an existing family reference (recent 2019 project) and was pleased by Art's experience, knowledge, and down to earth attitude about doing a honest, good job at a fair price. Art's bid was very competitive to other plumbers and I relied on his assurance the job would be done quickly and on time.

The Repipe Pro team came promptly each day and were quick to get the job done and clean up afterwards. This is the common theme you'll read from other happy customers. I was worried that it would take longer than quoted but they exceeded expectations. Water was off before 9am and we were back online before 4pm, same day! Drywall and stucco patchwork was promptly scheduled for next day and completed without issue. I was happy with the blending and texturing work performed.

This past Sunday night, I had a plumbing emergency. My Moen Tub & Shower Water Control unit was not shutting off the water supplied to the nozzle. I had to shut down the water main in the house to finally stop the flow of water. Out of faith and a bit of good luck & good fortune, I turned to my Yelp App for help. I called Repipe Pro on a Sunday night at 7:30 PM. Art, the owner of Repipe Pro, took the call. I was desperate to find a solution. Art encouraged me to explore the unit itself a little further. He advised me to send him a video from my phone showing the problem. I sent him the video I took. I called him back. He was fairly certain the cartridge unit in the control was bad. He asked me if I had certain tools for the job & encouraged me to pick up the proper replacement part at my local Home Depot on my own. I got the part, returned home, and Art stayed on the phone with me until I finally completed the job on my own around 10:00 PM with his excellent guidance and his supervision. The entire endeavor saved me between $200 to $300 for a service call alone from other plumbers who would only agree to do the work the following AM. Art and Repipe Pro are a one of a kind business. I am proud to call myself a extremely satisfied customer of Repipe Pro. I will call them again for Repiping jobs needed on my house. Thank you, Art!

Art with Repipe Pro was my first repipe contact, and he likes to talk. What I found out later is that Art backs up his talk. He gave a good price and left literature for me to peruse. He called the following week to see if I had made a decision, then didn't bother me until I did make a decision a few weeks later. His estimate was the lowest for repiping the entire house as well as the mainline from the street to the house.

There was a little mix-up at the beginning as we had another crew working, but it sorted itself out. When they got to work, they got to work. However, due to city inspections, there were delays, and his crew had to return a few times.

Then, a pipe broke when I wasn't there. It leaked into the house, and I had to sweep and drain the water through the house to the back. Fortunately we were renovating, so no furniture was damaged. I called Art and he sent his crew back to help. I sent Art pictures of the leak, and he immediately came out the next day to ask what he could do. My wife put him through quite a bit, cutting the damaged areas to see if there was water damage in the wood, drywalling many square feet of cutout drywall, replacing a damaged boxspring, etc. It was an accident and accidents happen, but Art and Repipe Pro took full responsibility to make it right. He never complained, never argued, never hem and haw. He gave us countless suggestions to prevent this from happening again, as well as remodeling tips. It is a family business and his wife Telma was supportive and a delight to work with.

After the final plumbing inspection passed, we completed our final payment and I thanked him and Telma for being so honorable in his business dealings with us. His price was the same as the first estimate, even though we had modifications and were expecting additional charges. Most contractors I have worked with usually cover up their mistakes or deny it was their responsibility. Not so with Art and Repipe Pro. While I first found Art to be a little glib, I have discovered that he and his company have the utmost integrity and professionalism, as well as excellent work.

I had a great time working with Art and his crew. We repiped the whole house - no crawl space, some drop ceiling, I wanted to move the main valve, didn't want to break the concrete walkway. Art was able to find a reasonable solution for the rather demanding situation. The crew cared for the house. In general it was pretty worry-free. Would definitely recommend!
