I cannot help it but write another 5 star review about Art, who is one of the most professional and kind people I have ever met.

Art and his team did an excellent repipe job about a year ago.

Last week, I turned to Art for a gas leak issue. Although Art could not accommodate gas line repair on an urgent basis, he talked with me for quite awhile and provided me with all the information about how gas leak occurs and ways to fix it.

With that information/knowledge from Art, I have become a much better informed consumer. I firmly said no to one company which gave me a ""discounted"" quote of $10,000. I ended up hiring another plumber who fixed the gas leaks with just a small fraction of the first quote.

It is a great honor and privilege that I got to know Art.

I feel not only Art is a friend in need, but also Art has been taking care of me like a family member!

His team came to my house 0800 and finished before the time he gave WOW!!
His team came and went straight to covering all that I moved away from the walls and they laid down canvas and plasic and went to work like a well oil clock the team properly addressed my water heater and the water spigot's and made CLEAN SOLDERED welds on the brass pipes im impressed!!!! Art and I even went the local home depot to instruct me on which quality shower heads to buy and I did WOW!! who does that!? I tell you a person that CARES!!! He's that GOOD!! Repipe Pro recently completed re-piping my residence in Mission Viejo. I first called the company to request a quote. Within a couple of hours, Art (the owner) came to my place. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and spent quite a bit of time explaining the job and laying out a plan to minimize damage to my house. He also gave me a reasonable quote and I decided to hire his company. The office manager (Telma) was very helpful scheduling the project and providing support. A few day later, the piping crew were at my place and they completed the job in one day followed by the patching crew that also completed the work in one day. All crew members were skillful, friendly and clean. They all did an outstanding job. I definitely recommend this company to friends and family and anyone else.

These guys did a great job!

For the estimate, they sent out an experienced plumber and not a sales person. This guy ended up leading the on-site team and they did a great job.

Their work was top notch and their materials high quality. And they prices were a bit better too! They came in, repiped our 3100 square foot two-story house and had the water back on well before dinner time.

Art and team are absolutely awesome. Art makes you feel very comfortable throughout whole process and explains every detail during walkthrough. Team that did repiping was fast and efficient. Art and his team are very responsive, reliable, and stand by their work!

We had our house repiped by Art's team last month. We had gotten a couple of bids, and not only was Art's bid very reasonable, he also showed a lot of expertise. He walked around our house and suggested to add a new hose bib in the backyard because it would be more convenient for us, so he's really looking at it from the user's perspective. He also took care of the permits for us.

On the day of repipe, his team worked quickly and finished a few minutes before the promised time.

A few days later, we noticed that the cold water valve under the kitchen was leaking a bit. We let Art know and sent him a picture. He determined that it was our water filter valve that was leaking. He looked for a custom part for us and sent a plumber out the very next day to fix it for free!

You may get lucky and get a plumber who does a good job, but to have a plumber who truly stand behind their work and provide excellent service after the initial project is very rare.

Go with Art and you won't regret it.

Art and his crew at Repipe Pro did a outstanding repiping job for my 2bd/2bath townhouse in La Habra and their service stood out for the following reasons:
1. Most Knowledgeable: Of all the different plumber companies I sought for an estimate, Art was the most knowledgeable, and in the first visit he was able to map out where the repiping would be done throughout the house. He gave advice with the owner's affordability in mind and he openly told me what should be done and what was not necessary; no 'upselling'.
2. Asbestos testing: He was the only company that reminded me about getting asbestos testing of the walls and ceiling for my home built in the 1970s. This was good ethical advice and it protected my family from possible asbestos exposure when the cuts are made into the walls/ceilings. Art referred me to licensed asbestos companies for testing. Only when the tests showed no asbestos, that I proceeded with repiping.
2. Efficient crew: His plumbing crew led by Ed arrived promptly (when they say arriving at 8am, they mean it, none of this 'allow for a window of 2 hours' from other plumbers). Repiping included new valves, bathtub handle and faucet, and a new main valve. Repiping with 'Pex A' pipes were essentially done in 1/2 a day. My neighbors commented that the crew were very respectful, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves.
3. Drywall patching and texturing included: no other companies offered this. And by shopping around I know this service is easily $1000-$2000 additional. I love when Art told me 'of course these are included, if you buy a car you should expect to get the steering wheel!' The wall patching/texturing were done after city inspections passed, and I handled the painting myself or you can hire your own painters.
4. Positive attitude/excellent customer service: Repipe Pro was the only company I would easily call/text the owner and he would answer promptly. He made me feel very welcome to reach out with questions. His office did the scheduling and the leg work for getting city inspection, and I just paid the permit fee later.
5. Affordability/flexible financing: On top of all these benefits, his quote was very affordable for my family with young kids. You can also speak to him about financing plans.

I would highly recommend Art at Repipe Pro to my family and friends!
