WOW.....Repipe express saved the day after I was screwed over by Master Serv or whoever bought them out. I had repiped with copper about 8 years ago and had a pinhole leak. After no call no shows from my supposed ""lifetime warranty"" Repipe Express saved the day!!! Fixed me in 15 minutes the very next day! I will never call anyone else for re-piping!!!

We had a water leak in our garage on Friday. After researching several companies we contacted Repipe Express via email on their website after reading all the positive reviews. Ken C. contacted us within an hour and came over Saturday morning to do a walkthrough and quote. He explained everything very clear and we felt we received a competitive quote.

His team was able to come in the next day (Sunday) and get most of the project done. They only had a few things to finish up on Monday but got it done ahead of schedule. The team was very professional, clean and got the job done in a timely manner. We couldn't believe how fast we were able to get this done and are exteremely pleased with the results. Gave me a fair price quote on my repipe 3 months ago. Just got a slab leak and called to have them do it. Alex was supposed to be at my house at 10 today. He no showed then finally called me back an hour later to tell me they were busy and could not fit me in this week. So I asked when he could fit me in. His response was 3-4 months! I know that was a lie, I just don't understand why.

I have been without water since Friday and was told, by Alex, that they would be at my house Monday at 10. Did not hear that they could not do the job until Monday at 11. Now after being out of my house without water for 3 days I am starting at square 1 looking for a repipe company. I think you earned your 1 star.

I recently purchased a home in South OC where pinhole leaks and slab leaks are rampant, so the first thing I did after escrow closes was to look for a plumber who specializes in re-piping homes. I called up 3 plumbing companies for estimates, and ultimately decided to go with Plumbing Upgrades, Inc despite the fact that the other two companies have more yelp reviews. Unlike the other two companies that I called for estimates, Plumbing Upgrades didn't send a salesman to my house to give the estimate, but instead it was Jeff, the co-owner, that showed up at my door. I read a lot of reviews on plumbers and my main concerns were with companies that sent a salesman who not only charge more to cover for their commission but also promise you the world then sub-contract the work to someone else who does not deliver as advertised. Jeff was honest and thorough with explaining in details what he plans to do, and the best part was that his quote was the lowest compared to other plumbers and he actually performed the job himself. His team consisted of him, his partner and an assistant and they did a great job re-piping our entire home by opening up the smallest holes possible in the wall and using quality piping materials. Everything went very smoothly as promised as they finished the job within about 2.5 days and they really cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Plumbing Upgrades for your plumbing needs as they are honest, reliable, and best of all, their pricing is very competitive and reasonable.

What can I say? This has got to be the best home improvement experience I have ever had! Alex and his crew were very friendly and very clean for my pex repiping project.

2 days, in and out as promised. As for repiping my whole 2.5 bathroom house, there were surprisingly few holes cut in conspicuous places. The majority of the holes were made behind mirrors in the bathroom, my linen closet and garage. Maybe I'm just lucky with the layout of the house, but just maybe these guys are experts and great at what they do! Everything was patched up wonderfully.

Sometimes house project can be such a hassle, but with these guys, everything from quote to final walk through was uncomplicated and smooth sailing.

Aleks was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and pleasant to work with. His crew was also very professional, well mannered, and trustworthy. They re-piped the whole house, installed a new water heater, and a water softener, with no problems, in less than 2 days! They were extra careful and left the place very clean!
