Ruben and his team were fantastic! We had a slab leak during the Covid. They came in and did the whole repipe quickly and worked with the city to get the permits. It was a huge job but they made it look easy. The left our house clean and wore masks. They were always on time and completed on time within budget. Very professional operation.

We hired Ruben to do a repipe of our 120 year old house. There were some significant challenges because there was an unpermitted basement unit that had poorly done plumbing work. Despite him being a very busy guy, he was always patient with us and was very kind to give us different options based on our unique situation. I appreciated how upfront and honest he was. His communication throughout the process was excellent. His rates are also very reasonable compared to other plumbers we spoke to. We would 100% hire him to do more work in the future...if he ever wants to come back that is haha.

We discovered we had a Slab Leak around March. We received three quotes. Repipe Expert (Ruben) was the most reasonable. After extensive research and the recommendation from a couple of close friends in construction, home improvement and Repipe Expert we knew the best way to go was to repipe vs. Slab repair as another leak with pop up somewhere else at any given time due to old pipes under the foundation. We knew although initially it would be costly it was the best way to go as would be less costly in the long run. New clean pipes, no more noise, fabulous water pressure and the peace of mind of its done adding value to our home. Between God's intervention and Ruben's reasonable estimate we were able to move forward with the repipe. We're real people who had a real need that we can now put behind us. We had finally decided to replace our 50s era pipes after a pipe in bathroom burst. We contacted a few big companies that send out a salesman and have crews that do the job. While they had good reviews and similar prices, the plumbers that are going to do the job were not known ahead of time. Ruben is the owner and head of his crew, and you meet him right up front. He was great- went out of his way to do a terrific job on our PEX Repipe. Solved tricky logistical issues, very efficient & neat. He even patched walls better than painters that we have had- undetectable. I waited a couple months to post this review, to see if any issues came up. We had only minor adjustments, and Ruben was very pleasant to deal with. Go with Ruben for your plumbing repairs and installations- very honest and quality work!

Many thanks to Ruben and his crew. 5 Stars on a copper repipe he performed on our house. That as well as replacing the vertical drains. Attention to detail and customer service were spot on. Hands on owner who does not sub-contract out the work which was very important to me. We got on great, I almost bought him a beer!

We have a 3500 square foot 2 story house built in 1930 that needed a complete fresh water repipe and drain repipe. We needed someone who would take the time necessary to protect elements of our house that we want to preserve. Ruben gave us a fair quote for the size and complexity of our project. Every single aspect of his team's work was just superior, in fact beautiful, I would say, if plumbing can be beautiful. All work was done to the highest standard. They went above and beyond what would be reasonably expected. His team was on time, professional, kind and courteous, and they completely cleaned up the work areas at the end of each day. One particularly difficult drain pipe required digging a 12 foot deep 3'x3' shaft to replace a main sewer pipe. The shaft they dug had perfectly straight sides that looked like an elevator shaft. This is the quality that Ruben insisted on for every aspect of our project. Ruben and his team were a pleasure to have at our house during the job. We are 100% happy with the finished project and feel it was a very good value for the cost, which was exactly his quote and on time. If we need any work in the future, we will look no further that Ruben and his team at Repipe Expert. Experts they are.

Well, I was a skeptic but now I see why all 5 star reviews for Ruben and his team.
We had a pinhole leak in the bathroom and learned that our neighbors, whose houses were all built at the same time, were having leaks every couple of months so we decided to go ahead and repipe the whole house. Wow. It is quite invasive, but surprisingly, they put it all back together like new. It is kind of unbelievable really. We had 3 companies come and give us quotes, all were in the same ballpark, but Ruben had the best Yelps, and said he would be here for the work, which he was. It is annoying when you deal with a person who gives you the quote, and you hire them, then you never see that person again. Well, Ruben is there and doing the work, and his years of experience show. He even adjusted his schedule to accommodate our bathroom remodel (which was due to the former leak). I would recommend him highly for a repipe. He did some extra work for us at the curb (we paid) and he changed our kitchen faucet (we bought) for free. Would have been $100 to have a plumber come for that. Most importantly, our house is patched beautifully and we don't have to worry about a leak for another 40 years.
