I wish I could give Repipe Expert of Glendale more than 5 stars! Ruben is an honest businessman and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He and his team did a repipe for us and they were meticulous about covering the floors, and furniture, etc. that were adjacent to the work area. They left the washer/dryer area cleaner than they found it. The city inspector commented on how well the work was done. When the job was completed, there was an electrical problem that may or may not be due to the repipe job. Most contractors would brush it off and get out of there, but Rubin brought in an electrician? who fixed a very complex problem that we weren't aware of. In my mind, that is going above and beyond and we are deeply grateful? that we hired Ruben. We have done a complete remodel of our house and dealt with lots of contractors?, but Ruben is the best because of his honesty, thoroughness, patience, integrity . . . I could go on and on.

Ruben and his team are great to work with! We had repiping done in 2015, and it was excellent work. We had a leak today and called them. He came within the same day! He fixed the leak at no charge. I highly recommend Repiping Expert!

Ruben and his crew were amazing to work with. I think anyone who is facing a complete repipe job is a bit nervous, unless they have done it before, which I had not. I had a couple of companies come and quote the job so I knew what the pricing would be. I initially sent a quote request at about 9:30pm Friday through Yelp and Ruben responded that night stating he would call me the next day, which he did. We set up the estimate for the next week and were able to get started within a few days (unusual for them because they are so busy, but we got lucky and took a cancellations spot). There is something about Ruben that says trust me i am here to do what needs to be done and nothing more. That proved to be true. Ruben may not be the cheapest, but he was right there price wise and he and his crew are amazing, making sure that at least part of the house had water when they were done for the day which was a big relief. They couldn't have been neater and always cleaned up after themselves. While going through the process we went through all the different options and what sets his company apart from the competition. One of the biggest is he is there watching and making sure everything goes smoothly, but even when he was getting supplies, his team just kept working and working no standing around waiting for the boss, he clearly has a very capable team that knows what they need to do. He and his crew are so in synch its amazing. Ruben went above and beyond on everything and communicated every step of the way. Ruben always asked before adding anything to the job. I actually asked him to do a few things that were outside the scope of the original job which he did and did it at a fair rate. If you want a job done at a very fair price and done correctly he is your guy. Thanks Ruben for making the process as pain free as it could be! You guys are amazing! Believe me you will not regret working with Ruben and his team.

Ruben and his team just did complete repipe of our house in Altadena and they did an amazing job! We purchased our house two and a half years ago and the plumbing was original galvanized from the 1930's so let's just say it was in pretty bad shape. Ruben's team was able to complete the job in about three days, which also included replacing all our cast iron drains too, which were also from the 30's. You can tell that the quality of their work is top notch and they really care about doing a good job. Their patch work is also amazing (thanks Nick!) and as soon as you paint it, it looks like new. We had a few minor issues after the job and Ruben came back, got everything fixed up (even a problem that wasn't his fault) and made sure we were 100% happy. Thanks Ruben and team!

This was a long overdue review for Ruben and his excellent team. Ruben is a true skilled craftsman and he spends the extra effort and supplies to make sure his work is top notch. We had him repipe our house, rerouting from the concrete slab foundation to pipes over the roof. It certainly wasn't a straightforward task and his hour-long, detailed walk thru of the house showed that he was the right guy for the job. He spent the time to explain his recommendations and the reasoning behind it. He also treated the work like he was working and improving on his own home which was reassuring. His crew were punctual and professional during the 4 days of work and in the end, he gave us a detailed walk-thru of everything they did. Absolute professional that was worth every penny and I just wish we could find the ""Ruben"" equivalent for everything else we need to have done on the house (roof, sewage line, deck, etc)! BTW, his estimate was a bit higher than 2 others we got, but the confidence/reassurance that the job is done right was seriously worth the extra bit of money. Go with Ruben and his team, you won't regret it!

After calling around for different quotes, Ruben and his team were the ones we decided to go with. Although he is really busy and may seem hard to get an appointment, he gave the most honest and was the actually the cheapest of the quotes. We had to re-pipe our house because the old copper pipes kept getting leaks, so we replaced it with PEX-A. His team was always on time and very clean. They cleaned up after each day and set up again the following day. They did a great job on the patch work also.

I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Give him a call, its worth the wait.

This review is long overdue but I wanted to come back and give Ruben and his team a 5-star review. Repipe expert changed out our old pipes to Copper and also suggested we get rid of one of our old water heaters and to run a water line to the main house water heater. That right there saved us money in the long run and the trouble of having to service 2 separate water heaters later on. I like the fact that they did the patch work on any holes they had to open. That also saved us time having two find a separate contractor just to do patchwork. Ruben also patched an existing hole under our kitchen sink and didnt penny pinch about doing so. He gladly did that for us without extra fees. Would highly recommend using them, everything was done in a timely manner as promised. Thanks Ruben and team!

I second everything said about Reuben and Repipe Expert in the other 5-star reviews. Reuben worked with us for a competitive price. He and his crew were punctual, considerate, and professional. Their work was top notch. In fact, when the city inspector came and saw how excellent the work was, he didn't even ask to see it all. He was impressed. Highly recommended!

We got 3 bids for a copper repipe, and Ruben came in a little higher than the lowest bid at first, but then lowered his price. We had a leak that we thought was due to the old galvanized pipes, but when Ruben started putting in the new copper, he noticed the leaks were actually coming from drain pipes. He also replaced those at a fair price, and even repaired a toilet and another shower head that had damaged some ceiling drywall at no charge. He also noticed another very slow leak, 1 drop per 5 minutes, down the drain line, and replaced that as well. He could have easily just covered it up and I probably would have found out about that leak months from now. He left everything as neat and clean and as they found it. I appreciated his honesty, fair pricing and how easy he was to work with, and will gladly call him if I have more plumbing issues in the future.

I contacted Ruben from Repipe Expert because I had a hot water leak in my bathroom floor. I had three plumbers look at it but Ruben was the most knowledgeable. He explained the job in great detail. The price was also very competitive. Everything was done on budget and finished on time. I couldn't be happier with his work. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs to repipe their home.
