We asked Ruben to bid on a re-piping project on our house after seeing his excellent reviews on Yelp.

His bid was fair compared to a 2nd bid we had received for the project.

Our experience was very positive - just as with other reviewers. Ruben and his crew showed up when they promised and generally left everything clean when they left.

Ruben impressed us with his desire to do quality work and to do what is necessary to do the job right. On our job he and his crew delivered beyond our expectations.

We've had a few pinhole leaks that have been repaired but a recent slab leak finally persuaded us to repipe our entire house. I had 6 different companies come out and quote the work and we liked Repipe Expert the most. While a majority of the companies sent out sales reps to see our home, we appreciated that Ruben would actually be working on-site as well. They are competitively priced and worked with any requests we had. My dad had major surgery earlier this year so he wasn't able to move heavier items and Ruben said no problem, if there were any big heavy items in the way his guys would help take care of it. Can't say many of the other companies offered that same kind of customer service and understanding. My parents also decided to add and change a few items half-way through the repipe and Ruben was able to accommodate our requests without any problems.

As for his team, they are awesome guys who work very diligently and were respectful and considerate of our home and belongings. My parents were home the whole time they worked on the house and kept praising how hard everyone worked. The guys took care of little things too like taking out all their trash with them (and not putting them in our trash can), wiping and sweeping, making sure things were neat and orderly at the end of the work day-- things that I didn't really think about but definitely made an impression.

They don't subcontract out any of the work so Ruben and his team took care of the dry wall and patching as well and they do a REALLY good job with it! Ruben was very thorough once they completed the job and walked us through everything and explained any necessary items. He even came back after they finished and left because I had called with a question and he wanted to clarify and answer it so I had no concerns.

I cannot stress how much we appreciate Ruben and his team for making this a stress-free and comfortable process. Thank you guys for the excellent work, my family had a great time getting to know everyone!!! And thank you for spoiling Rosie with love and attention too!

Ruben, owner and general manager was very responsive to meet and provide estimates for repiping my entire 3-bedroom single family home with copper piping and replacing my old water heater. This job included the patching of walls to look like the original color and pattern.
Ruben and his team of five specialists was made up of relatives and childhood friends.
The team completed the copper repiping for the entire house with a new 50 gallon water heater in one day. Everyone worked very hard and the whole day under Ruben's supervision in their assigned areas.
Two of Ruben's close relatives with expertise in wall patching completed their tasks in one day a week later.
No trash or mess was left behind by either team.
Repipe Expert and Ruben are professionals with the work completed on time and their bid was the lowest.

On 04/10 to 4/12, we had our house ( built in the 1950s) repiped with PEX for hot and cold water, replaced galvanized drainage pipe with ABS pipe, put in loops on side of house for water conditioner, new valves for the tub and shower in two bathrooms and new water heater tank. I bought new faucets for kitchen, and two bathrooms. They were installed without charge.

Ruben, the owner, was responsive to questions, oversees his employees (not subcontractors) who do the work. So you do not have to worry about possible mechanics liens.

He was very meticulous, experienced and knowledgeable about the City of Los Angeles' specific requirements such as the diameter of the PEX pipes and the need of an expansion tank.

A city permit was pulled and the work passed inspection.

Ruben has experience in both copper and PEX repiping and lays out the pros and cons of each. His contract was detailed compared to another bid I had. His workers did a good job patching up all holes and cleaning up.

To date, we have much better water pressure and the hot water comes on much faster.

I felt Ruben's pricing was fair for the work done. I would recommend Repipe Expert without reservation.

I needed a repipe and found Ruben. I called him and right away he took my call which I appreciated. I made an appointment and he came over on time and gave me more than a fair estimate. He had other projects but he said he can squeeze me in. Needless to say, we went ahead with the job and he and his crew took care of business right away. They are knowledgeable, thorough and clean. Ruben gives options and forethought into the job. He communicates the issues well and follows through. I would use him for future projects and I highly recommended them to anyone.

Ruben and his crew really know what they are doing. Not only are they experts; they are also a decent bunch on guys and moderately priced. I had them re-plumb our home after another guy who didn't know what he was doing made a real mess of everything. So I really had them do a fairly large job including 4 bathrooms and the kitchen; an entire house basically including installing a tankless. They were so good that we have continued to use them (for our business locations) and have recommended them to others with great success.

Stellar work! Ruben and his team are legit, reliable, hard working, and deliver on what they promise.

I was extremely thorough in my review process before I decided who I would be inviting into my home to tear up my walls and do a major repipe. I got 8 quotes and many of those people I grilled with questions while they were checking my place out. Ruben went above and beyond when he was here for the quote, and he and his team definitely went above and beyond during the work.

I was home the whole time and they were respectful, clean, did great work, and were funny.

New pipes are great as is the tankless water heater they installed.

Ruben the owner, Ruben his cousin, Agasi, and Arman were all fantastic.

Hands down these are the guys to go to if you need repiping. Additionally, they were on the low side pricing wise compared to all the quotes I got.

It ended up being LESS than expected. How often does that happen?

I can't say enough about their professionalism. These guys are quick, clean, and competent. I had a slab leak under my floors, which required all the plumbing in my house to be re-routed from under my foundation, up to the roof !
I was horrified to learn that it meant most of the walls in the house had to be opened up to run copper from every sink, shower, toilet, and bath tub.
But I have to say Ruben and his crew were amazingly fast and clean -- plus they draped plastic sheets where they worked to protect the house. Then after the plumbing was done, their patch crew came in and plastered and patched all the holes -- in the proper texture.
The city inspector was very complimentary, saying this was as good a re-pipe job as he's seen, and the materials and bumpers they used on the roof were consistent with a large commercial job. Worth every penny.
