From meeting with the owner, Charles, right through the end of the project this was a great experience. Charles called daily to keep me updated, which I appreciated very much. The work crew, Lead person Ron, Joe, Alex, Martin the plumber, Heran the electrician, David the stucco person, were all very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Lots of precautions were taken to protect floors, walls etc. The work site was cleaned up daily at the end of the day. Overall, this company is GREAT! A BIG thanks to Charles and crew!!

R&R exceeded my expectations. Their work was exceptional, they were friendly and professional, they offered fair pricing, and when they were done they cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell any work had been done. Additionally, Even for a relatively small job the manager/estimator came out and visited while the work was being done to check in and make sure everything was going well.

I really wish I received the type of service shared in the other reviews. I contracted with Charles to perform a remodel including roofing, concrete, garage conversion and room addition. We did not get too far into the process before I had to terminate our contract.
The first issue was moving our existing water heater and converting to a tankless. Plans for placement were discussed, drawn up and given to me prior to the start date. The day the plumber started work, I was told by Charles that the original placement was not an option and would have to be changed or the work halted altogether. This affected the whole layout of the remodel. I ended up settling on an alternate location for the water heater but I believe this should have been brought to my attention before sending the plumber. I explained to Charles that I am not a contractor and I was relying on him to foresee these types of issues per his expertise.
The roof was next on the list. I have both pitched and flat roofs with shingles on both. On the second day roofing, the crew cleaned up around 4:30-5 PM but remained on my property until 7 PM drinking alcohol and urinating on the side of my house. This was brought to Charles' attention and ""for my inconvenience"", I was given an apology and a $100 discount toward the remaining construction to be done (never received since I terminated the project). I also questioned the completion of the roof since shingles were not replaced on the flat roof. It was only then explained to me, after the fact, that the flat portion of my roof should have never had shingles and they should not be replaced.
After that I would have thought attention to detail would have been priority but again I was disappointed... the house numbers of our address were missing (removed by roofers), the architect needed to come out, a third time, for measurements on plans that were already sent for permits, Charles was pricing exterior materials that I did not request and the water heater installation remains incomplete.
I hate to leave a negative review but consumers rely on these reviews, as I did. Buyer beware.

Charles and his team were GREAT to work with. They were very reliable and prompt. They completed all work (custom made exterior door and pergola) in a timely manner and it exceeded all expectations. Their work was beautiful. Will not hesitate to call them with my next project. They were a pleasure to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Professional, prompt, reliable and dependable. Very impressed by the knowledge and craftsmanship the team delivers. You can tell they enjoy their work and working with their team. It says a lot about the management and organization. We have a moderate size job which needed to be complete in a very short time. Really happy with the outcome and will be hiring for future projects. Highly recommend! They are also polite and respectful. Best experience with this kind of work with these guys as we have had 3 restaurants and a previous salon in the past to compare.

I was referred by a friend and so glad I called. I wanted to convert an extra bathroom to a laundry. Their estimate was very reasonable and professional. Charles' attention to detail is impressive, not a lot of contractors are skilled at the business side. His crew was extremely polite and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. Responsive, professional, friendly, polite, great work and clean! Already having them quote more projects at my house as well as my mom's.

I highly recommend Charles and his team of experts. Charles help us remodel our family home that was built in 1970. Charles and his team renovated the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, removed popcorn ceilings, added a wall to create another bedroom, added canned lighting, new flooring and carpeting and even a new roof. Charles and his team also shored up the structural integrity of the house by fixing the plumbing and the electrical. We are so grateful to Charles and his team. Charles was caring, responsive to our needs, communicated with us regularly and made the process easy for our family. I will be using Charles and his team in the near future to remodel one of my bathrooms in our home!

I looked all around for a contractor to work on our garage and miscellaneous work around the house. I got alot of quotes but Im glad i went with Charles and his team. From start to finish Everything went smooth. It was a pleasure to work with Charles and his team (Aaron and Ron and others). Everyone was great. They showed great patience working with my parents who can be a bit demanding and a little bit more explain to. I had great communication with Charles. He kept me up to date with everything. Made sure we were happy through out the progress. I like the custom work they do and attention to details. We had two fence doors installed and Aaron made the extra effort to carve the fence to conform to the uneven rock siding. Ron did a great job with our custom cabinets in our garage. Exactly what I wanted. Nothing fancy just strong and durable for a garage. I would defiantly use Charles and his team for our future Repairs and Remodels
