Mohammed came out to repair some grout and caulking, he was efficient, he was kind, and he was professional. The price was great and he did not try to take advantage like some folks do. Thank you so much.

TLDR: Not good work, would never recommend, one owner lost calm when issues were pointed out politely.
This is one of those reviews that start with 'I wish I could give a rating lower than 1 and I am generally not the one to leave a bad review'. It was extremely frustrating working with Repair Rangers and I was planning to leave no review, so I did not have to lie or damage their reputation. But the final straw was when the last day of the work while I was trying to (very patiently and politely) show items that need to be fixed, one of the owners completely lost his calm and started saying how I should not expect things to be perfect and how he is frustrated that I ask them to fix things that are not right.
I called Repair Rangers to paint my newly purchased condo. They estimated the work to be done in 3 - 4 days (and at the end of the 7th day their work was still unacceptable) for painting walls, ceilings, doors, door trims, window trims and baseboards. I do understand that sometimes work takes longer than initially expected so totally willing to let that one slide. They arrived at least an hour later than they would agree every day, again something that I will let slide since I am working from home, and it is not a major inconvenience to let them in when they arrive. After the very first day, the floor was messy, and the painting did not have the finishing expected. The floors were newly installed just the day before they started work. So when I called them to talk about it, there was a bit of 'painting is a messy job and you cannot expect no damages to your floors' at first but later they promised to be very careful and sent a long note about how they were still working and promising the floors would be okay and everything would be up to my satisfaction when they finish. So, I let them work and gave them feedback only when something was said to be complete. They did not know how to fix screw holes on the walls, bumps on the walls, the gaps between the door trim and walls etc. I spoke about these with them to which they said things like we don't do carpentry, we only paint. I let it go again because I did not trust them to do it well if they did it and just figured I would try and fix it later. At the end of the 5th day because they said they were mostly done, I did a walkthrough and had written notes for myself about what they needed to work on (like ceilings were very patchy like they were not fully painted, trims were not painted over, closet had scratch marks, trims had finger prints, paint was peeling off in big patches of 2inches diameter or so from doors, window trims looked very very bad) and shared my notes with them while showing them what to fix. They spent the 6th day and 7th day wrapping up and apparently fixing concerns I had raised. At the end of the 7th day, I did a walkthrough and when the owners showed up I wanted to show them concerns that needed to be addressed - there were still big ones like the doors were not painted well - I could still see the previous color coming through quite well, the doors were still splotchy, the patches that peeled off from the door was painted over but was very uneven and looked extremely ugly, the window trims were extremely ugly - it had no finishing and the edges were very uneven, the ceiling edges had the color of the walls, the baseboards were scuffed and damaged and did not look like they got enough paint in some areas while some areas had dripped paint dried up, the walls were textured and splotchy in many areas, there were still some areas where the previous darker paint was coming through, there was no finishing around outlet cases, the molding still had color from the previous paint coming through, there were floor corners where the paint needed to be cleaned up etc. As I started extremely politely and patiently talking through the items, one of the owners lost his calm and said I should not expect things to be perfect but should meet somewhere in the middle with the final result because they were 'busting their a**' and they are frustrated I still had concerns and I should let the 'minor' imperfections go and they were frustrated that they were taking a lot of time to finish up work and that they were not renovators but just painters... And then they said this was the best that they could do and could not do anymore and that it was okay if I did not want to pay them. I was not going to not pay them for 7 days of labor (that they subcontracted, aka more affected people) and materials even if it was not a good job just out of principle. So I paid them, they cleaned up mostly but left some stuff (like big cardboard pieces, mops, paint etc) and the calmer owner agreed to come back the next day to do the touch ups. But they did not instead texted back with ""...If you do have any specific questions or concerns, please do let us know, and we'll do our best to assist you remotely"". Also, the floors still have paint spots all over the floor.
