After 2 days with no water due to a freeze-related leak, I spotted Chris Reny working 4 houses from mine. I walked over, explained my situation, and asked if he could help me. I was actually stunned when he said yes. Chris had 4 helpers with him. One of the helpers came to my house and located the leak. In about 45 minutes, Chris came over and fixed the leak in 15 to 20 minutes. I also watched Chris and his group repair one of the leaks at my neighbor's house, and thought they did an excellent job on a leak that turned out to be rather difficult.

Please note that I had called three of the "well-known" plumbing companies in my area. I had existing relationships with two of those companies because I'd used them within the recent past. I was assured by each of those companies that my pre-existing customer relationship would put me on their priority list. Not one of those "well-known" plumbing companies has yet responded to my request for the pipe repair, and it's been 3 weeks since I had to turn the water off.

In the future, I will call Chris Reny, and not bother wasting my time calling the "well-known" plumbers.
