I communicated with them entirely through email and asked for an *estimate*. I have the email thread, and there was never any mention of a $125 trip charge or that testing would be performed. All I asked for was an estimate.

They came out and did testing that I did not request, and now they are billing me for $201.25.

Great service, and they've repaired our rental house at least twice for us! Always painless, these guys/women are pros.

Our garbage disposal started leaking, requested help from our landlord. Got an appointment the next day, had it repaired/replaced in about 2 hours.

No probs with scheduling, and the technician was expert, he used to run his own repair business, in other words, an ole pro.

I was well pleased with Rental Housing Maintenance Services for replacing a garbage disposal for the following reasons:

1. Easily set up an appointment time at a reasonable date to fix the problem
2. The service man showed up on time in their one hour window
3. The service man provided a great service within a reasonable time
4. I still have not been billed for their service - due about 2 weeks from date of service
5. They made everything easy and simple
6. Their capabilities is broad to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, painting, and remodeling

I highly recommend Rental Housing Maintenance Services.

I will use them in the future at any outside contract needed.

After an incredibly stressful situation, this independent contractor acted quickly and patiently. My apartment had a faulty security bar that fell while I was outside, and I was locked outside without a phone or wallet. This business is apparently contracted through our apartment building. While I was incredibly frustrated with the delayed response of the apartment's management, Bob, our contractor, was calm and incredibly helpful. They thought they would have to break the glass door or cut through the neighbor's wall to gain access to the building. Last minute, Bob was able to find a safe solution with no damage to the building, and he even removed the hazardous and faulty security bar.

Keeping in mind that there is a world-wide pandemic, Bob and his team did an amazing job fixing the problem. Thank you so much!

But for sure how they communicated to our tenants was the most important thing to us and our company for sure!

OMG - I cannot believe I have not written a Yelp review for these folks yet. I think perhaps I did not word to get out how AWESOME this company is... Anyway, the quality of work is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the service is above and beyond! Seriously, stop reading and call these folks now for ANYTHING - do not let the ""Rental"" in the name dissuade you either. I started using this folks for my rental house, but very soon had them helping out my Mother-in-Law for all sorts of things. Call them, you will be happy.

Have done many jobs for us, and are always prompt, clean up after themselves, friendly. They did a fabulous job of putting new wood floors in our bedrooms, and matching the wood. They are reasonable, and great to work with.

Their office staff is superb, professional and friendly, and they send out the right tech to match the job. Oh yeah, they bring their own tools and provide the supplies to get the job done. All that for the price of a phone call. Well, it is a little bit more than that, but well worth the price when you need a job well done.
