I don't like trying to get revenge, and I'm sorry to have to write this review, but I think it would be helpful to some. I'm glad that Joe received some good reviews from others, but I just can't say the same. When the first time he came to help my very elderly parents, he messed up but he did come to help them, though they had to wait 4 or 5 days for their issue with their hot water tank (that he installed) were resolved. That's 5 days without hot water for an elderly couple. I didn't write anything negative, because he did come and try to fix things. The second time I called, he kept telling me that he would call back, etc only to not call back, which left parents hanging again, when he could have just told me he was busy, whatever, to let me get another plumber, or perhaps just a guy around their condo to help them. By not even calling back when he said he would, he let them go for a few days without hot water again, when there was no need for that. A guy in their building helped them out. I cannot give this man a good review, sorry. A person should be true tot their word, and it only takes a few minutes to call back, anyone could do that.

Joe was recommended to us by a family friend and we're thankful they did. He installed our new water heater during his vacation. Who even does that??? Long story short.. Reliable, honest, and gets the job done. Thanks to Joe, my family will ring in the new year with hot water. Highly recommended!!!

Jose is literally here as I write this....oh my gosh!!! He came to handle one issue and now 3 separate issues have been handled just because he is a nice and helpful guy. I think he is a ROCKSTAR in disguise!! And these are things that contractors have been struggling with all week long!! Do yourself a big favor and call him....I am glad I did!!!

Jose is the only Plumber we call now. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. His service far exceeds his rates. I highly recommend him.

Joe is one of the good guys. He has the 2 most important attributes in a plumber. He does great work and he's honest. He explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand and then he did an excellent job at a reasonable price! Great plumber.

Joe didn't actually fix anything in my house, but I'm sure if he did, he'd do a great job!

My plumbing was backed up in my kitchen, and when I ran the washing machine, a whole mess of water came gushing out of the wall. This happened a few times and my floor completely flooded. I called Joe and he came over to inspect the issue. Fortunately, or unfortunately, the problem seemed to clear itself up.

Within the next week, it happened again. Joe came out the next day and we decided that I was using my garbage disposal incorrectly and that my pipes might have a lot of plaque on them. He inspected the pipes underneath my house, alerted me to a leak in my bathroom, and explained how everything is set up down there.

I haven't yet replaced my pipes, but when I do, I'm calling Joe.

I have only called this place so far and he (Joe) was awesome. He troubleshooted and diagnosed right over the phone. He had flexible and quick appts. So I got an appt. tomorrow for a time that works for me. I have never had such great service over the phone. Good sign already... I will review again after the work - but I don't doubt it will be another 5 stars.

I cant begin to tell you how courteous professional and friendly Joe was. When I called a lady answered the phone and she was just so extremely nice. Joe diagonised my problem fixed the situation and charged a very reasonable fee. I will always use this company for my plumbing problems.

Joe helped me out with some plumbing issues in my newly purchased home. I had a broken pipe in the kitchen which he fixed in 10 minutes and then he fixed issued we had in our bathroom where he had to crawl under the house (not fun) and swapped by our old ipes for new copper ones. This pricing was more than fair and I absolutely recommend Joe to anyone.
