I have only called this place so far and he (Joe) was awesome. He troubleshooted and diagnosed right over the phone. He had flexible and quick appts. So I got an appt. tomorrow for a time that works for me. I have never had such great service over the phone. Good sign already... I will review again after the work - but I don't doubt it will be another 5 stars.

I cant begin to tell you how courteous professional and friendly Joe was. When I called a lady answered the phone and she was just so extremely nice. Joe diagonised my problem fixed the situation and charged a very reasonable fee. I will always use this company for my plumbing problems.

Joe helped me out with some plumbing issues in my newly purchased home. I had a broken pipe in the kitchen which he fixed in 10 minutes and then he fixed issued we had in our bathroom where he had to crawl under the house (not fun) and swapped by our old ipes for new copper ones. This pricing was more than fair and I absolutely recommend Joe to anyone.

OMG Joe is a life saver, he came less than half an hour after I call. Our shower was barely at a drizzle when you turn it on, no water pressure or hot water at all. He fixed it perfectly and the price was great especially for the amount of time to fix our old shower.

I found this company through yelp. I had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. We called and get a response right away. Joe came to our house the next day and found the leak. This is great service, fair price for his work. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Joe is just terrific. He is so friendly, honest and competent. We are grateful to have found him. He shows up on time and as scheduled. He quickly returns phone calls. We hired him to replace some very old drain pipes, repair a toilet and replace a garbage disposal. All of it was accomplished quickly and with no problems. He also seems to be a very good troubleshooter. We trust him enough to leave him alone in our house. If Joe is Rent-a-Plumber, we'll gladly sign a long term lease!

Wow. My husband and I just bought a unit in an older condo complex that has had some sort of mysterious ongoing plumbing issue involving us and our upstairs and downstairs neighbors. At the recommendation of Yelpers, I called Rent-A-Plumber and Jose was able to come out on the first day that we were all available. Mind you, several plumbers have been out to investigate this issue in the past and have never been able to determine the source of the problem. Jose was here for an hour and a half and by simply cutting a small hole in the downstairs ceiling, was able to figure out what was going on. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and get this... HE DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR THE CONSULTATION!! WHAT??! Although he hasn't done the work yet, I feel confident that he will be able to fix it. Jose... you're my fricken hero.

I couldn't believe I was facing one of my worst plumbing nightmares: issues with the kitchen sink--on a Friday night! Yikes!!

I called friends and neighbors for referrals, and left messages for three different plumbers. Then I wondered if anyone would call back, and if so, would I have any money left in my account when all was said and done?

Rent-a-Plumber was the first company to call back. Great first impression. I got to speak with the actual plumber (and owner of the company) that was going to come to my home, so I explained the problem thoroughly. After he asked questions to get a complete idea of the problem, he gave me an estimate (very reasonable) and agreed to come first thing in the morning (my choice, since I wouldn't need the sink the rest of the night).

Mr. Vega arrived at the agreed-upon time. He was very professional, skillful and kind. He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and charged a fair and reasonable fee. How often does THAT happen with plumbing problems??

I don't normally write reviews, but when I find gold I just have to share it. Rent-a-Plumber is golden.

I called Rent-A-Plumber when I had leaking pipes and thought they were expensive because another company gave me a realy good price over the phone. So I called the other company (which i wont name) back and they came out. What a mistake that was. Sure, their estimate was cheap, but once they saw they needed to get under the house to complete the estimate they tagged on another $60 to the estimate! They charged me by the hour, their mileage, taxes, lets not forget the service and parts, and to top it all off they didnt even fix it right! I decided to do it myself but my wife convinced me to try the ""other company"" which is Rent -A-Plumber. They were out here the next day, they repaired what the first company had left behind still broken and the price was unbelievable. I was embarrassed that I didnt use them since the beginning. We havent had a problem with our pipes since then. My wife says Im cheap, I say Im wisely frugal, but I have to give her the credit, she remembered Rent-A-Plumber and if it were not for them we would have spent a whole lot more! So next time you get this magical quote over the phone, question it, I wish I had. These guys are totally up-front about how much they charge and they're great about answering any questions. I appreciate that.
