We aim to deliver a full range of handyman services to meet your needs. As a start-up in our region, we identified a need for quality tradespeople, and we are excited to address that need. Having spent more than 25 years in the field, I have worked for some of the largest construction firms in the nation, and I am bringing my expertise to this new venture. I invite you to give us the opportunity to prove our skills.

I launched my professional path straight out of high school in 1990. With the help of my schooling, I was able to obtain my first role with a construction business in Greenville, SC, and from there, I advanced through trade schools and climbed the ranks. I later secured a position with a major global construction company, where I held the position of Foreman until the pandemic brought everything to a standstill. I recognized this as a chance to seek new opportunities. After observing friends having difficulty locating quality service for their homes, and going through the same challenges, the idea struck me to utilize my skills and launch Rent A Guy Upstate with my daughter and youngest son. We officially opened our doors on March 1, 2022, and have been serving the community for 10 days. In this short time, we have successfully finished 5 or 6 jobs, and we are working hard to overcome our greatest challenge—advertising.
