Renstrom Plumbing is the ""go to"" plumber when you need one. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful to your home. Face mask, shoe coverings and cleaned up as though he was never there. John came to my elderly uncle's home and did a great job. I wouldn't think twice of calling anyone else. Five stars!!!

I live in Sleepy Hollow and Chris at Renstrom Plumbing was extremely responsive, flexible and accommodating. John who came to fix my faucet was incredibly professional. He wore a mask and explained exactly what would be required to fix my faucet and why it needed to be fixed. Their price was extremely reasonable and I did have follow up work. Chris was again very responsive with a very fast turnaround time to have John return to my house.

The quality of their work is excellent, they are highly efficient, cost friendly and extremely responsive. What more could I want?!

Chris's crew was fantastic. They replaced the vent pipe for my water heater quickly, professionally & efficiently -- even though they had to get creative to take care of the upper portion. And they got it done very quickly -- less than a week from the time I contacted the to the time it was complete. I will definitely use them for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

We had some old vent pipes and a drainage pipe that were leaking. They gave us a quote, came, and did the work in 2 hours. They were very fast. Chris the owner was very responsive and came by himself. They cleaned it up great!
That afternoon my sink was not working. I called. Chris let me know they would come by at no charge and as long as the clog got fixed with a snake there would be no charge. They came by at no charge and tired to snake it. It was not snakable. Jon diagnosed the area and took out the pipe and it was flowing again. It was completely blocked with rust and corrosion. What had happened was some of the corrosion from the other job got stuck further down in some severe corrosion. Chris gave us a discount and only charged for an hour of labor. It was a good deal. He even answered questions from me and my neighbor since it was an HOA expense. This is the second job I used them for and I would use them again.

This interaction worked out perfectly. My initial interaction with Chris was direct and to the point (all through email). John came by to provide a quote (which was acceptable) and the water heater was installed the same day. No fuss, no muss. John did the primary work - he was professional; courteous; and patiently answered questions. His assistant (and I can't remember his name) worked hand-in-hand with John and they finished in no time at all. The water heater works and I've had zero issues with it.

Renstrom is my go-to for plumbing repairs because they do great reliable work, show up on time, and are nice people too. When Johnny came out at 8 am to finally replace my toilet (which means I'll see less of him) he was the best as always! How he quietly got a toilet out of my condo without waking the neighbors is beyond me. He had great advice, pointed out potential problems and how to address them, and is just fun to talk to. Definitely Renstrom!
