Chris's crew was fantastic. They replaced the vent pipe for my water heater quickly, professionally & efficiently -- even though they had to get creative to take care of the upper portion. And they got it done very quickly -- less than a week from the time I contacted the to the time it was complete. I will definitely use them for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

We had some old vent pipes and a drainage pipe that were leaking. They gave us a quote, came, and did the work in 2 hours. They were very fast. Chris the owner was very responsive and came by himself. They cleaned it up great!
That afternoon my sink was not working. I called. Chris let me know they would come by at no charge and as long as the clog got fixed with a snake there would be no charge. They came by at no charge and tired to snake it. It was not snakable. Jon diagnosed the area and took out the pipe and it was flowing again. It was completely blocked with rust and corrosion. What had happened was some of the corrosion from the other job got stuck further down in some severe corrosion. Chris gave us a discount and only charged for an hour of labor. It was a good deal. He even answered questions from me and my neighbor since it was an HOA expense. This is the second job I used them for and I would use them again.

John came by to provide a quote (which was acceptable) and the water heater was installed the same day. No fuss, no muss. John did the primary work - he was professional; courteous; and patiently answered questions. His assistant (and I can't remember his name) worked hand-in-hand with John and they finished in no time at all. The water heater works and I've had zero issues with it.

When Johnny came out at 8 am to finally replace my toilet (which means I'll see less of him) he was the best as always! How he quietly got a toilet out of my condo without waking the neighbors is beyond me. He had great advice, pointed out potential problems and how to address them, and is just fun to talk to. My husband found Renstrom after we had flooding in the crawl space following the torrential rains past few weeks and the heating furnace stopped working after being submerged in water. Chris, who we spoke to on the phone was very empathetic and understanding. He asked the right questions and helped send the perfect team member for the job, with all the right equipment.

Special kudos to John Walton, who came to our place and resolved all the issues in a matter of a couple hours. He identified the issue (which was essentially a built in sump pump failure that caused the flooding and stopped the heater), shared detailed insights and information on what needs to be done to resolve, provided guidance on the different options and did a thorough job installing a replacement. Not only that, he looked at the heater furnace, when that wasn't a part of our original ask to Renstrom and got it back to working smoothly! John definitely saved us a lot of headache dealing with other hvac contractors as we weren't sure if the furnace was going to work after being submerged in water for a while.

We had an excellent experience with everyone at Renstrom and ended up taking annual maintenance service package!

I run a 40 until with a Starbucks and a doctors office and they let me do it live. I would never use anyone else... you would be stuped not to call..
