Spoke with Steven, the owner for a contracting job changing out a few simple things in my bathroom. Nothing out of hand or too difficult. Even set on a price for each individual part to be installed.

I was very clear on the work I wanted performed. Called back a few days later and left a voicemail to set up an installation date. Never returned my phone call.

If you want a reliable contractor look and take your money elsewhere. He actually did me a favor by silently backing out. Another contractor stepped up professionally and completed the job for a few dollars less.

I suspect I would have had the same problem contacting him had he done a less than stellar job. His conduct speaks for his work and himself. Solicit at your own risk. Sometimes less is more...
