I've used Reno's Plumbing for a couple of jobs, and couldn't be happier with the results. We bought a bit of a fixer uppper, and Jeff has helped out with the kitchen sink, interior water lines, the lines from the street to the house, new water heater; he even pointed out that my toilet wasn't installed properly and took care of it. He's considerate and knows what he's doing. He explains things so someone like me can understand. It's refreshing to have found someone who does good business for the sake of it. Always quality work.

Jeff is a terrific guy. He replaced two toilets in my house, and on the way out, he fixed my door at no extra cost. He is pleasant, skilled and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with his work and my new toilets!
He also opened the hose to my back garden, which had been shut off. Again, no extra charge. I would use his services again for any plumbing problem.

I completely remodeled a home including what I thought was all new plumbing in house all the way to the street hook up. When I started having an original to home brick walk way start to become uneven a neighborhood suggested I may have a water leak of some sort. I contacted Jeff Reno @ Reno's plumbing. He quickly identified the cause of the issue, walked me through why it happened (I still had several old cast iron pipes and the connection from old to new had not been connected with the proper device and rock had not been used under the pipes; so eventually with three years of ground shifting etc. my sewage line was leaking). He then thourghly explains the repairs required and provided me with the estimate to repair.

The repairs were done as promised.

I am truly impressed by how Jeff conducts his business and would recommend him to any one looking for a plumbing company. He is now on my list of professional to call for my business in Sonoma as well.

I am shocked at this rambling reply filled with inaccuracies and threats and have reported it to Yelp. This is a person who hopes to run a business and he is calling me names and threatening me after causing the gas leak himself.

To you Jeff: I suggest you cease and desist. I received a nice apology card from your mother (who, unlike you, I will not name publicly) for you having ""scared"" me and to ""please accept our apology for anything."" If you do not remove this post threatening me, I will report this to the police. I am in possession of the card, your emails, your texts and a screen shot of this post warning me I am in ""big trouble"" etc. Get a hold of yourself and move on. Do not doubt I will call the police. You have already come to our house and I could have you charged for that alone. My family should not have to feel threatened by a supposedly ""reputable"" business.

You know you have a major leak when the city of Napa knocks on your door. I had a clogged laundry drain pipe too. I contacted several plumbers and Jeff responded immediately. He was prompt, polite, and easy going. We do not wear shoes indoors and I was impressed he used his own disposable shoe covers without me even asking.
He explained everything clearly and gave me a fair quote after assessing the situation. I also appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me on replacing my old plumbing like others have done in the past.
He even brought in my garbage bin, fixed my water heater vent, and was friendly with my 5yo daughter.
I would recommend Jeff to anyone!

We had a leaking bathroom sink drain and needed to replace the defective faucet on the same sink. The leak started on Sunday morning And even as it was Sunday morning Jeff responded to our call immediately and showed up at our house within an hour. He not only addressed the urgent leak we had but also proceeded to complete the whole installation on the Sunday, too. We are so grateful!!!
He was very courteous, did a great job and left the job site very clean.

I recommend Reno's plumbing to some other customers.They fixed our bath tub which is clogged and just did it for less than an hour.Great job and no more problem.
