As a first time homeowner, I was frantic and lost when my water heater broke and flooded the laundry room Tuesday night. Reno Plumbing Doctor was there for me when I needed it.

Backstory: After my hot water broke on Tuesday night, I looked at the brand of my heater (Bradford White) and found the brand has a list of of contractors that were able to service this heater and Reno Plumbing doctor was one of them. Wednesday morning around 7:30am, I start calling plumbing companies from the list. I called one company and they weren't able to help. I call Reno Plumbing Doctor next and I believe Bergen was the person who took my call. The company wasn't quite open yet but he took down all my information and marked my inquiry to get a technician out to look at my water heater as urgent. He told me someone would call me back later. I then called a third company and and as I was finishing up giving my information for another call back from the third company, Reno Plumbing Doctor was calling me back (talk about fast).

When I called Reno Plumbing Doctor back, I spoke with Mark, the owner of the company. Never would I have thought the the owner of the company would be answering calls, which I admire a leader who can ""get in the trenches"". Mark stated he was sending out one of his technicians, Robert, to me and he would be there shortly. Talk about fast again, Robert was at my home about 20 minutes later. Mark, if you are reading this, Robert was spectacular and I couldn't have asked for a better technician.

When Robert arrived at my place (with a mask on in case any one was curious) , he began inspecting my broken water heater and as he was inspecting, he was giving me tips and facts about my heater, all of which I knew nothing about before. Robert let me know my water heater was about 20+ years old and a new one would be needed. He wrote me a quote explaining all the things that would be needed and answered all my questions about the new heater and parts. I did not feel like he was trying to push anything on me or pressuring me to make a decision. I felt confident in Robert and decided to go ahead with the new water heater and installation. About three hours later, the new water heater was up and running. Robert also gave me some tips about winterizing my garden hose in the front yard.

Reno Plumbing Doctor is amazing! When I first started the day, I was expecting the worse: I was expecting to be calling numerous plumbers and waiting days without running water. Never would I have thought that my troubles would be solved within a day and I owe my thanks to Reno Plumbing Doctor. Thank you, thank you.

I called Reno Plumbing Doctor to schedule someone to come and look at plumbing under our sink. We were having backups in to the sink and dishwasher. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and could have had someone out the next day. Since it was not an emergency I scheduled and appointment for after the holidays.

Dave came out and he spend a good time looking things over, he did some replumbing under the sink and a few other things and everything has been working great, he did mention to keep an eye on the dishwasher as the motor might be going out.

I would highly recommend Reno Plumbing Doctor, I have used two other companies in the past but will be calling Reno Plumbing Doctor for any future needs.

These guys were the final quote I got for a tankless water heater install, and boy am I glad I called. They gave me a reasonable quote and walked me through the process before they even showed up for the quote.

Mark sent over 2 of his best Technicians and the job they did was amazing. They were meticulous and installed it as if they were doing it on their own house.

I cannot recommend them more highly. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Came on what we thought was an emergency call for our dishwasher. Left with an estimate for nearly $5000 in work our house NEEDED to have IMMEDIATELY. Had our usually Plummer come later that week and confirm my gut feeling that these guys were full of it and trying to fool a young couple into work our house didn't needed. Would NOT recommend.

If you EVER have a plumbing emergency, give The Plumbing Doctor a call. They have the expertise in all things plumbing. Mark Hardy and his staff are courteous, clean, and all of them have the ability to be upbeat in stressful situations. My husband and I have been working with them to replace a drain pipe beneath our slab-constructed house. It's been quite the process but we're so happy with the results. Call Mark and the gang if you're looking for a fair, fast, and professional plumber. We couldn't be happier. Hooray!!

Had the Reno Plumbing Doctor Co come out to check out our kitchen sink, it had a leak somewhere and the pressure was very low. They came out for a free consultation and then after we paid for the work they said needed to be done they got started immediately and finished very quickly. The plumber worked very efficiently and was incredibly friendly and informative. We've found our new go to plumbing service!

Plumbing Doctor was great to work with. They replaced all the faucets, drains, shower heads, toilets, hot water heater and kitchen sink/disposal and did a great job! I highly recommend them!

Btw, I would have liked to see a bit more value for adding on the water heater replacement which was a second phase we added after the initial work. But again they did great work so happy to pay for a good quality install.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A ZERO .Be careful using this company . Our experience has been very stressful and we may end up in a law suite against this company . We disputed their bills and decided to just go ahead and make installment payments on $1200 ( two bills ) . While accepting our payment they filed a bogus lien and now they want to charge interest as well.
WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY . THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE . NO COMMON SENSE AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT OUT

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain for over a week when we called the Reno Plumbing Doctor. The other plumbers we had out before him could not figure out what the problem was. He knew right away what the issue was and it was a job that he could not handle and referred us to someone who fixed it! He was very helpful and did not charge us. An honest, good company!

Mark the owner was the plumber who came out to fix a drippy shower head and faucets that didn't turn off all the way. He explained what he thought the problem was corrected the problem cleaned everything up and would highly recommend using this company. They give you a two hour window and was there in the first half hour
