I hate giving bad reviews, but my experience with Reno Plumbing Doctor was a massive fail. I called and made an appointment to have them look at a sump pump which isn't working properly in my basement. Appointment in the books. Then someone called to confirm shortly after that they were coming to look at a sump pump the next day. They confirmed they would be there the next day between 2 PM - 4 PM. The next day I waited and no one showed up. I called and they didn't see the appointment on the books. Then, they informed me the appointment was cancelled because they don't service sump pumps. No one called to tell me and I talked to two people the day before...in which I made it clear I needed someone to come look at a sump pump. I have no idea how this could've been confused.

We had tried for a week to clear the pipe in our laundry room sink. As we continued to put chemicals in and wait and wait, the washing machine began to drain into the garage. We finally gave up and called a real plumber. Mark is the real deal. He came on time and worked diligently and had the problem resolved in about an hour. Not only was he knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was patient in explaining the process to us as he progressed.

This outfit provides top-notch, honest service. Mark, the owner, is professional and to the point. No unnecessary work or attempts to mislead the work that can be done, or the cost thereof. I was very impressed with the efficiency and expertise that Mark and his assistant exhibited. Prior to their coming to my home, I had an experience with a very dishonest tech from another company who attempted to charge me over five times the cost of repair and wanted to cut pipe to address a clogged bathtub drain. I subsequently called other companies in town, and none of them seemed like they even wanted to perform the work. I landed on Reno Plumbing Doctor, and the response I got was solicitous and professional.

After Mark did the work, I was incredibly impressed with the result. If only based on the experience I had with Reno Plumbing Doctor clearing my bathtub drain, I don't think I could justify booking work with any other company in town. Mark invoiced me $145 to completely clear the drain. Other companies charge $90-$100 just to show up. No more ""3 inches of standing water in my bathtub"" while showering!

I had a leak under my house where the master bathroom is. The plumber came out on time and crawled under the house and found two more leaks. All the leaks were between the insulation and the subfloor making them tough to get to.he fixed them in a timely fashion. Very courteous and friendly technician. Very professional. Kind of expensive but all plumbers are expensive. Nobody likes going under a house so that's part of the price. After the fix one of my faucets was not working.the technician immediately turned around and came back and fixed the problem. I feel he went above and beyond.he recommended that I get all my old quest pipes replaced because they are known to fail especially as they get older. My house is built in 1986.i would recommend this company to everybody.

I needed my main cleaned out because laundry and toilets were draining to the bathtubs... they were able to come the next morning. Junior was nice and price seemed fair. Will use them again in the future.

From beginning to end of service, this company had exceeded our expectations! We needed our water heater fixed and then eventually replaced, but before that Mark had explained everything that was complicated in our old and faulty water heater. He was very pleasant to deal with, very transparent. Plus, they did extra work that wasn't in the original quote! Talk about going above and beyond! And Junior was such a #PRO, did a clean job, very thorough and definitely cared about giving quality service, worth every penny! I will do business with them again, I highly recommend this company! I called the pluming doctor to have cartridge changed out on my bathroom faucet. I found the service to be honest, and friendly and the work that was performed to be excellent works great!!

Mark H, owner/plumber of Reno Plumbing Doctor is the real Doctor when it comes to water heater and all your plumbing needs.He even drives a van that looks like an emergency ambulance ready to respond to any emergency needs. Great job, Doc Mark!

They agreed to take a post dated check for part of the cost, then immediately deposited the check and overdrew my account, and they even put it in my contract. The plumber they sent for the Install was very rude, I will never use them again.
