I had several other companies who didn't show to their appointment, and one told me I needed different parts for my water heater. I called plumbing doctor and Dave came out on time for his appointment, and fixed the issue within an hour. Should have called these guys first! Amazing service, professional, and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Mark, the owner I presume, knows what he's doing.

Mark and Robert responded to my emergency phone call to replace a ""non-working"" hot water heater within 1 hour. Needless to say I was extremely pleased. They removed my old unit and installed a new one in a couple of hours and did a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable, courteous and ""just 2 down to earth gentlemen"". I highly recommend this company and these 2 individuals. Their price was fair and their service was outstanding.

Mark and his crew did an excellent job. He found a hidden hair line leak that only showed itself when the plumbing was being stressed. He noticed that the water pressure was well above normal and installed a pressure control valve to bring it within normal standards. Also did a great job installing a new garbage disposal and replacing parts in two toilets.

On 5/10/24 I had Mark from the Plumbing Doctor who I have used as my go to plumbr since moving to Reno, come and install a vessel sink in my bathroom. I specifically requested Mark as he has 40 years experience and I knew that if he ran into a problem, he would know how to fix it. Sure enough, some of the drain pieces didn't fit, but he had the parts in his truck and the knowhow to adjust and make everything work. Sink looks great and my wife is happy. Also the cold water handle in another bathroom was stiff. He took it all apart, found out what was wrong and used his ingenuity to fix it. Works great now. His prices are very resonable and you can always count on exceellent work. Don't use any other plumber. Call Mark first.
