I highly recommend Reni Rooter. My garbage disposal was broken. I contacted Lorenzo and he was out the next morning. Quick, efficient, inexpensive and very pleasant to work with. My issues were resolved quickly.

First I would to say, thank you coming out and getting the work done, even though it was a late call. Lorenzo was a great reliable and professional worker. Lorenzo response time is good as well. I message Lorenzo late around 4pm and he was able to get out to start the work around 6pm. I had a busted hose that needed to be fixed asap. Lorenzo wasn't able to get the work done that day, due to it getting dark outside. Lorenzo did cap the water pipe in order for me to turn the water back on for the night. He then came back the next day to finish the job. He did a great job on the hose and fixed it very well. I would definitely recommend if you need some work done.

RENI ROOTER, From answering the call, to arivial, his team didn't waste any time assessing the problem, this company started solving the emergency problems, it all started so fast, then after 5 minunts, he said nicly, we stopped the bleeding of money, you can continue our work, after you think about it and get other bids. He then handed us a estimate of everything that needed fixing.  I was in a pinch and needed the emergency work done. He re-assured that the emergency problem is over and the rest of the work need to be completed with in a few days. And for us to do our homework and get bids, promptly. We had already had several bids prior,  he packed up and was leaving, there is no high pressure sales from him, we knew right away we had to use him, we asked how much do we owe you for today, he said nothing it's just the right thing to do to save water, help people in a state of emergency.

He is super friendly, very professional and was able to schedule the repair for the same day. very knowledgeable.. The quality of work and overall service was much needed during a stressful time. I would highly recommend his Company. O ya, most importantly his bid was grossly lower than the other padded bids, and there was never any up-charging,  nor was anything added to the bid total. We were so grateful, added a big tip and a week later opened our mail from the company, surprised to no end there was the return of the tip money along with a note please pay it farward or donate it to charity.

Lorenzo from Reni Rooter came to my home the same day I called. Toilets, tubs, showers were all backed up even though I tried every remedy I saw online. Lorenzo was persistent in finding the clog and after spending 3 hours in the wicked Arizona summer sun, he was finally able to break a mass of roots in our line. He is reliable, very reasonable with prices, friendly, experienced and hard working. I recommend Reni Rooter for all your plumbing needs!

Lorenzo was great. He diagnosed both my problems with the bathtub and toilet. The last plumber that checked out our toilet said it need to be replaced but Lorenzo figured out the problem. He was super cool. We sat and chatted after the job is done. It's really hard to find a good plumber, especially one that is reasonable price and he's definitely both of them. I had a shower handle that's been leaking for a while and called Lorenzo to come out and fix it. He gave me an estimate and was able to come over same day to do the work. I have to give him some props, he was able to wrestle out a very old, very corroded cartridge and then put in a new one, cleaned up after himself and recaulked around the shower handle. Really nice guy, very friendly, very knowledgeable and worked fast. I have a couple more projects that I need taken care of and I'll be reaching out to him again for his help. Thanks again Lorenzo!
