We had to replace our 16 year old water heater. Rene's came out the same day , have a new one delivered, and installed for us. In addition, the owner had a drywaller guy come and patch up the areas where the old heater had leaked and needed repair. The guy was also prompt and honest .. He told us to wait a few days until the water dried out and that he would them come back and do the work. Great and honest people.. Highly recommend.

We have had Rene and Art out to our house twice in the past month. The first was to fix a problem with our toilets flushing properly and the 2nd was to evaluate our 18 year old HVAC units and our thermostats. In both cases, they could have easily sold us something that we did not need, yet in both cases they were truthful and honest and saved me a lot of money.

First, Art came out and fixed the toilets in less than an hour and replaced a bunch of the minor parts. This work would have taken me hours to do and I am sure I would have completely screwed it up.

Then I had Rene out to look at our HVAC units which others have told me I should consider replacing. Rene told me he thinks I could easily get another 5 years out of them and I should wait until I have real issues with them before considering replacement. He then fixed a thermostat and when I suggested replacing the other one, he told me not to. Awesome guys. I thought their pricing was very fair.

Great company! I had a water leak and they came out immediately. Received good advice on other problems we were having around the house. They came out a second time to fix a toilet leak. Both times the office was very friendly and accommodating as was the plumber who came to the house. Will definitely use them again!

Seriously the worst customer service you could possibly get over the phone!! Our heater went out, called them at 8:15am to see if they could send someone out. The lady that answered the phone rudely said she would call us back bc she's at the post office. She called back a bit later and in the middle of telling her what's wrong with our heater, she abruptly interrupted and said she has another call and it's her boss. She put us on hold for 3-5 minutes before we decided to hang up. She called back and we obviously said we are NOT interested in your business anymore. Who does that? Wouldn't a boss understand you're on the phone with a new customer???

I had an emergency gas leak in my house and the gas company refused to come out and fix. I called Renee and they sent someone out right away! The plumber that came to the house was Jeff who was very kind and thorough with his work. The gas company continued to give us the runaround with different things that needed to be fixed Jeff stayed on top of things. It got to the point where Jeff actually spoke with the gas company himself to assure things were in order and the gas company was clear in what work has been done. I will definitely be using the service again in the future.

I highly recommend Rene's Plumbing Repair! After getting a quote from another company for my AC I knew I needed a second opinion. Called Rene's on Wednesday and they came out the next day, I don't know the Gentlemen's name but he was in and out within a hour and most importantly he was honest and didn't try to give me the run around or a outrageous price. I will never go with anyone else! Thank you for the great service, I will recommend you to everyone I know!

The best!! They installed a new water heater and cleared out the junk from the pipes. There was a slight water pressure change on the kitchen and Rene the owner can out and fixed it in 15 min :) awesome service hands down

My handle was stripped in my bathroom sink so water kept running and then there was a leakage under my sink. I called Rene's Plumbing only for a consultation, talked to nice lady named Jean. She arranged for service the same day! The two servicemen (Art and Jose) arrived on time and fixed my sink within minutes. They were very courteous and professional. I was very impressed. Thank you Rene's Plumbing. Will look to you again the next I need repairs.

I called this morning to see about having my water heater replaced and Jeanie (?) said she could get someone to my house by noon. Art and Patrick were my technicians and they were great. They arrived before noon and were polite and clean and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly. I have used Rene's Plumbing in the past and the work has always been very good at a fair price. FYI, Rene no longer makes house calls. I will continue to use this company in the future.

I had to write a review about Rene's Plumbing cause I read some of the negative reviews from others and it just was NOT my experience at all! From the lady who answers the phone to Rene & every single one of his staff members they were all polite, helpful, clean and professional. I had my water heater removed and had a tankless water heater installed in another location of my home. They totally knew what they were doing. They had to cut and cap my old water lines, run new lines to the tankless unit and much more! They even patched my wall where the new outlet was added. All this and they beat everyone else's price. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend them to anyone that wants professional quality work done at a great price!
