My handle was stripped in my bathroom sink so water kept running and then there was a leakage under my sink. I called Rene's Plumbing only for a consultation, talked to nice lady named Jean. She arranged for service the same day! The two servicemen (Art and Jose) arrived on time and fixed my sink within minutes. They were very courteous and professional. I was very impressed. Thank you Rene's Plumbing. Will look to you again the next I need repairs.

I called this morning to see about having my water heater replaced and Jeanie (?) said she could get someone to my house by noon. Art and Patrick were my technicians and they were great. They arrived before noon and were polite and clean and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly. I have used Rene's Plumbing in the past and the work has always been very good at a fair price. FYI, Rene no longer makes house calls. I will continue to use this company in the future.

I had to write a review about Rene's Plumbing cause I read some of the negative reviews from others and it just was NOT my experience at all! From the lady who answers the phone to Rene & every single one of his staff members they were all polite, helpful, clean and professional. I had my water heater removed and had a tankless water heater installed in another location of my home. They totally knew what they were doing. They had to cut and cap my old water lines, run new lines to the tankless unit and much more! They even patched my wall where the new outlet was added. All this and they beat everyone else's price. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend them to anyone that wants professional quality work done at a great price!

We have had a handful of good experiences with these guys. Installation of new kitchen faucet, new water heater, rooting job, etc. good prices. punctual. friendly.

My husband and I are looking into having our 60 year old house re-piped and got Rene's Plumbing number from a friend in our neighborhood. I called them on a Friday evening and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Not only was their arrival window just an hour (unlike others we've called who give a 4-5 hour arrival window), Art and Patrick were on time! Both men were very professional and answered all my questions. Their response/estimate was no charge and the price they provided is very reasonable for the amount of work that needs to be done. We have two more companies scheduled to provide estimates and I am eager to see how Rene's compares.

Recently our water heater required service. We called Rene's plumbing and they responded quickly. They fixed the immediate problem but created a bigger problem when the replacement parts were installed incorrectly. After spending $200 for labor over a two week span. The problem was not fixed and they stopped returning my calls. In desperation I called the Rheem factory and was given a name for a local plumber. This plumber fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Based on this experience I recommended not using Rene's.

The other reviewers that mentioned how rude Rene is are right. I had the same exact experience with him.
I requested to have someone come to quote for installing a tankless water heater. I had previously hired an HVAC company (through my realtor) to do some work at my new house and expected them to be completed with their work by the time the appointment for the quote arrived, unfortunately they weren't. Since I made it clear from the get go that I was requesting quotes from multiple companies and the quote was for something completely different, I figured it could be a little odd but any professional would just deal with it. Two hours before the window I was given for the appointment, I received a call from Rene because he had driven by the house and saw the HVAC company there. He had a horrible attitude and was completely rude to me. He made it clear that he was angry that the HVAC people were there and that I didn't ask him to quote for the job (never mind that I had never even heard of Rene's Plumbing until the week before and my realtor had gotten the HVAC quotes). I canceled the appointment for the quote right then and there, telling him that I have no interest in hiring someone who is clearly going to be difficult and unprofessional to work with. Seriously, what would happen if there was an unexpected issue during the project and we disagreed with how to handle it?

I spoke to Jeanne at 3 pm I have an A/C fuse that went out, she said she would call m back in 5 minutes, she called back in 2 minutes sending some one out , she was great and friendly
Rene has taken care of my home for over 10 yrs never disappointed\
UPDATE
Rene's helper just showed up went to my breaker panel (DUH) flipped it a couple of times and A/C back on the best part he said NO CHARGE wow GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!

We had water flood into our hallway from an unknown source. Then a few days later everything started backing up. Not good when you fear both toilets may soon be inoperative...Rene came and cleared the main sewage line on Memorial Day and charged a very reasonable price. Then I had Art come later in the week to reset a toilet that had corrosion at the base. He also took a camera to look at the sewage line. He could have tried to convince me to replace the line for major money. Instead he took the time to explain everything and set my mind at ease. Again, very reasonably priced for the service. They are my new plumbers! Very satisfied.

Rude and unscrupulous are the best words I can use to describe my recent experience with Rene's Plumbing. I hired them based on a referral from a neighbor to run a plumbing extension. Unfortunately, based on the referral, I was not as diligent in vetting the firm (I should have checked on Yelp first) nor in getting a complete, detailed estimate. Rene came out and we discussed what I wanted, he gave me a verbal quote and he said certain items will be included in the work including a ball valve for a separate sprinkler system. I asked him to follow up with a written quote the following day. He did but the quote was incomplete and not detailed. I agreed to the work hoping that he was a man of his word. On the scheduled work day, another worker came out to complete the work - not Rene. This worker was rude to the point that I was about to send him packing. I showed him what Rene and I agreed to and his response was: ""I cannot run the pipe that far, I only brought 60 feet of pipe"" Hey Guy - GO BUY MORE PIPE!!!! And a separate issue concerning the valve for sprinkler: ""It's not on the quote, you have to pay extra"" $75 extra for a $15 valve and tee?!
I paid the additional amount but later that day I called the office to talk with Rene but only got the receptionist. I told them the situation concerning the $75 added cost that was supposed to be included in the original agreement. Rene never responded but the receptionist called later that day and said there is nothing they can do it wasn't on the quote.
So, as far as I am concerned, they will never get any more of my business nor any referrals. There are thousands of good plumbers out there so stay clear of Rene's Plumbing. They are not interested in customer satisfaction - only in seeing opportunities to charge you more.
