I've used Rene's Plumbing to install a sink that I bought for the bathroom because it was pretty not realizing there was more to installation. Rene installed the sink, put together the vanity and then had the patching completed. We will use Rene when we repipe our home. He's honest, competent and professional, so are his assistants.

We lost a HUGE pine tree on 1/22 with the winds, it broke our water service. We called Rene's, who are VERY BUSY right now, and Rene himself came out, dug up the area, gave us a couple of parts, and was the BEST!!! My husband ended up being able to fix it after it was exposed, but Rene was just a joy to have diagnose the problem.. he was on a mission to expose the break! We ALWAYS use Rene's, they are VERY DEPENDABLE, VERY FAIR PRICED, and always there when we need them! THANKS RENE, for the SPEEDY response and your expertise, much appreciated!!!!

So disappointed with the disrespect! I'm a Real Estate broker and used Rene's for over 20 years. Never had an issue. Art, the service rep, showed up ten minutes early. He said he knocked and then left five minutes before the appointment? Go figure?

Art then cops an attitude with me, and want to charge an additional service fee?

Today... Rene' told me himself, he doesn't want my business because he's too busy.

So much for Rene's Plumbing and a twenty plus year of referral business.

Without getting into details, I was having a problem with my AC. Art showed up precisely when we were told he would, in a mask and gloves, and put down a drop cloth on the floor near the area that needed to be repaired. He was quick to analyze the problem and had the repairs completed in under a half hour. Very professional and reasonably priced, too. I highly recommend these guys.

I discovered last Sunday evening that I had a leaking shut-off valve on one of my toilets. So I had to turn off the water for the entire house in order to keep the leak from damaging floors and walls. Very inconvenient and disconcerting! Fortunately I knew an excellent plumber who would respond quickly to an urgent problem like this. I was hoping that one of Rene's people could be out here first thing the next morning. Then I slept well knowing that even if they couldn't they would give it their best shot.

So I sent Rene a text message very early Monday morning and by around 7:30 AM I had heard back that Art would be here around 8:30 AM. Art arrived on the dot, and by 9:00 AM he was done! With Rene's Plumbing it's always a very fast process. In fact they were able to address an issue with my other toilet that I had worked on (and made a rookie mistake) myself. These guys are always willing to do what they can to help me save money, by getting multiple things done on a single call.

I've had great experience using Rene's Plumbing for more than 20 years. They are friendly, down to earth people, and are willing to explain things at whatever length I need. They give me advice when I ask for it and will make recommendations, but I've never once had them pitch me on something that wasn't connected to the matter at hand. I can't recommend them strongly enough. They install professional-grade products (not available at Lowe's) with no fanfare. So do yourself a favor next time around.

Rene and his employees are always professional and courteous.
Rene himself is a true plumber, he knows his stuff and when one of his guys comes to the house for a job instead of him it's evident that Rene is teaching his guys how to do things the right way.

I love this company. Twice before I have used them with great results so when I had a problem with my main water shut off valve I decided to call them again. Art is the BEST! First of all he was on time! He is very knowledgeable and didn't mind explaining things to me. That said, he was not high pressure or intimidating. I would defintely use this company again! Art deserves at least 20 stars!!!!

Absolutely the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with.
One call to Rene and the work I had been trying to get done by other plumbers was immediately taken care of.
The service was top quality and a very reasonable price compared to other plumbers estimates.
If you are looking for a plumber or Heating and air conditioning service, repairs or installation I would suggest you call Rene first.

Rene's is the real deal. Our water shut off valve outside the house was broken and needed to be replaced so in an emergency we can shut off water to the house. Two different plumbers that came highly recommended on yelp had said they couldn't shut the water off at the street and thought they would have to shut off water to portions of the neighborhood to fix our house. One guy with a big fancy truck charged us $70 just to tell us that. Total rip off. Five or six people (a couple who I knew and trusted!) on the neighborhood social media page recommended Rene's as honest, reasonably priced and competent. They came out, shut the water off at the street no problem and replaced the valve. Then they came back and replaced my kitchen faucet for me. We have been on Covid lockdown with an at risk family member. Without being asked, the plumber showed up in a mask and gloves, put booties on over his shoes before he entered the house, and put down a drop cloth under the sink. Super professional. The whole operation was very reasonably priced, too. We are happy to have finally found a good, honest plumber. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.
