Was having home builder warranty repair. The tech decided to try and extort me by saying if I paid him 50 dollars he wouldn't report any repairs to the company or the home builder. I sir I don't steal from people. So I proceeded to tell him to get out of my home and that he should report whatever he chooses. I reported this immediately to the company and to the home builder. If I personally have to call a plumber it will not be this company.
