After many years of seeing the wasted space of our dark and cluttered unfinished basement, we decided to build it out and unlock the potential for an open floor plan family room area.

We talked with several contractors and received a few bids to complete the work. We chose Remodel Masters because of their detailed bid and competitive price. Another incentive to us was the 4-6 week timeline and able to start the project quicker than we anticipated.

First day on site Randy and his crew laid out the walls and met with us to discuss what we could expect for the project. We had a few minor changes to the plan (added Tile for the bathroom and extended to the footprint a bit). They were flexible and very receptive to our design changes. The progress they made each day was impressive and when design questions or issues came up, Randy explained our options and any costs we may incur. Pricing for necessary and elective change order items were fair and well explained.

In the end the project came in near our allowed budget number and completed in five weeks as promised. We are very pleased with our new space. From the framing to the tiling all of the work was done by the Remodel Master team. The level of detail that they put into their work was beyond our expectations.
