DO NOT HIRE! Showed up 2 hours late to appointment to replace kitchen faucet. Did not do the job correctly. Promised he'd come back to fix. It's now 3 hours after he said he'd come.

I gave this guy 4000 to paint my condo and install flooring. Took the deposit and hasnt answered my calls or text since. Police have been called, they are currently conduction and investigation.

I should have paid more attention to the bad reviews on Yelp. Everything spelled out about Sean is true. Lies and missed appointments. He was in Miami, unknown to me, when he promised on May 6 to be at our home in 30 minutes. Impossible under any scenario unless he was flying. After waiting for an hour, I called him, and he indicated he was stuck in traffic leaving Miami. He never arrived but responded to my voicemail by promising to be at my home, as I requested, by 9AM on May 7. Have you seen him? I haven't.

We called Sean for gas water heater replacement. He is extremely friendly and professional. We called another time to come check something out late at night and he did so without complaint or issue. Would recommend if you appreciate some one with top notch worth ethic. A+!

This business is a scam! The name of the company was """"Remodel and Restoration Pros"""" as the last week of April 2024. The owner Sean Alexis renamed it after multiple negative reviews were given on Yelp. He evidently tried to reach out to the affected people to negotiate fixing the issues and remove the reviews. I paid Sean Alexis full amount he asked for the project to be done - disassembling the wood deck and hauling it away. It was last Friday 4/26/2024 (more than a week ago). At the time when he showed up late I had to go work. So I paid him for the project trusting him and left. He disassembled the deck and texted me that he will come to haul it the next day. Next day he didn't show up. We tried to resolve the issue with Sean by calling him and sending him multiple messages. We needed the project to be done because we needed the site to be clear for the next contractors to come through. He blocked my number and didn't answer a single message or a phone call for days. Then my fiance tried to call him from his phone number and Sean answered and when learned what it was about hung up on him and blocked his number. I had to file a police report on this business for the stolen money and no service provided, asked Yelp for help and posted a negative review. A couple hours later Sean texted us that he will be coming in 20 minutes to haul the wood. He picked up a third of it and left without telling us anything. After I asked him when he will come back to pick ip the rest he saud the next day same time. Next day he showed up late and kept asking me to remove the pictures from Yelp. I trusted him for the second time and removed the review and the pictures . He picked up another third of the wood and left saying his truck is full and he will come back. He didn't come back the same day. I kept asking him when. He said the next day. He didn't show up the next day. He kept lying and lying. Now it is over a week later and I was left with a pile of trash bags with wood pieces next to my house which he was supposed to pick up and the wood on the side of the house. My contractors had to be rescheduled and I ended up with unfinished job and paying Sean for his services he didn't provide. Please avoid the same experience and post the honest reviews about this Re-Named business so the other victims don't end up in the same situation.
