For remodels - At our first meeting, we will review your vision and goals for the renovation. I will take accurate measurements and talk about functionality, materials, timelines, and final expectations. All proposals will be documented in writing within 48-72 hours, and a signed contract is required before we commence work. You will need to make a down payment when we start, and the final payment is due at the end of the project.

For repairs - We will assess the problems you’re experiencing and work through the situation. If I can address it on the spot, I will tell you, and payment is required after the work is completed. I’m Manukea Irvine, a dedicated remodeling and repair contractor with experience since 2009. I can tackle your entire “to-do list,” and I’m just a phone call away. I promise all work will be finished on schedule and correctly the first time!
