Look I've been a customer of Remm for over 20 years and for the most part all has been good. However over the past several years something has changed and not in a good way. Most recently I had Remm come out and do a basic AC check up. Two service calls and $600 later, nothing has been fixed or addressed. I received a quote for $5,000 to replace a condenser coil and furnace. Mind you, furnace has no issues other than being old. The receipts I got for the service calls are not itemized to reflect how much for what and the price quote is, well expensive AF. First service call, guy came out, but this must have been an apprentice since nothing was done and he explained he would have to come back the next day. Fine. Second service call the very next day, 2 people showed up. The ""Apprentice"" from the day before and another guy. The other guy was very condescending in explaining things, like me, an Electronics Tech by trade working for DOD could not understand things. In total, both service calls lasted 1-1/2 hours. $600 total and yet not 1 thing was done to fix anything or get my AC system up and running. Joe, the owner, coming back with a quote for $5000.00 was unreal. If Joe doesn't want my business, fine just say so. Don't make an impossible quote and charge me $600 for nothing. I made an appointment with PSEG. At least they are upfront with pricing for service call $250 which can be added to my bill without coming out of my pocket then and there. Second I can put system on service plan and get a $2000 tax credit for it.

My advice to anyone thinking of using Remm, THINK AGAIN and go with PSEG. You will save money upfront and in long run.

Remm was good but now they are just trash scamming people for money they don't have. I wish I could reverse the charges for billing .

Our interaction with Remm heating has been nothing but positive, from the first phone call up to the day they installed my water heater. They were very patient on explaining things and made sure to answer all of my questions. Service was quick and easy and from now on they are who I will continue to use for my plumbing and heating needs.
I always go off of vibes when dealing with companies and they're vibe was great!, I felt comfortable and confident with the work they performed.

REMM is my go to call for all HVAC and plumbing needs. Being in property management for over 20 years I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and has knowledgeable technicians who know how to get the job done right. Whether it is a leaking pipe, new HVAC replacement or a complete property heating system, REMM always comes through with the right solution at a fair price. Working with Brian and Joe for many years they are always honest and find the proper solution for the job.

Remm has a good bedside manner but falls short on execution. They initially said they could do anything and everything but then start to waffle on work required or even after it began. The team in general are friendly, appear knowledgeable and seem capable of simple projects but fall short when things get a bit more complicated. They did half the job then their solution was to increase the scope of the initial work and double the cost. I sought out other resources who correctly assessed the situation and proposed a viable solution. My experience is limited to air conditioning and heating but I recommend looking elsewhere.

Brian and his staff of top-notch plumbers at Remm Heating are the cream of the crop in Central New Jersey! There have been countless times over my 30 years of home ownership that I've been completely snookered by plumbers... Whether it's been Gold Medal who charged me an arm and a leg for sub-par work, or dodgy Bob Hoegler who I've now renamed ""Bob Burglar"" (he ripped me off), my experience with these other plumbing and heating companies have been decidedly less than pleasurable and memorable. What I really like about Brian and his crew is that they're friendly, they get the job done in a timely fashion and they don't hurt you on the price!

Bobby, one of the staff plumbers that came out to my house about a month ago, helped me with a very important caulking job and he did excellent work, and just yesterday Brian came out when my toilet wasn't flushing properly, and sure enough he found a piece of plastic from an old toilet freshener that was ""affecting the swirl"" in my toilet....Disaster avoided! These guys are my heroes!

It's a godsend for me to know I have a plumbing and heating company I can trust moving forward. I would recommend Rick and his awesome crew at Remm Heating without reservation... Call them the next time you have a plumbing or heating issue and I can assure you you won't get the runaround and your jaw won't drop when you are presented the bill! These guys are the best of the the best!

Scheduled Remm Heating to replace my faucet and add a garbage disposal, and they did an awesome job. Bob was knowledgeable and courteous, wore a mask, and didn't waste time. Really happy with the result. Thanks!!

Everything went smoothly from the free in-home estimate to installation. Prices were very reasonable and my AC unit is now functioning and brand new!

Very Knowledgeable and very courteous and not in a hurry to leave . I had a/c issue and kitchen sink clogging problem. the kitchen sink clogging became a pretty big issue as the pipe was clogged 20-25 feet away from the sink in the basement. Remm technicians spent the time in troubleshooting where the problem exactly was and then resolved it . Even though they had all pipe slug over them in the end, they did not make a fuse. they even cleaned up most of the dirt from inside of the sewer pipes that fell on the floor of the basement.

We had a snow storm this morning and all time low temperatures are predicted for tonight. Our furnace stopped working and PSE&G wouldn't come until tomorrow. We called Remm and they arrived within the hour with the parts in hand. The service man was cheerful, polite and even plowed the driveway!!! The repair was completed in about 15 minutes or so. Excellent service!!!! I highly recommend.

We had Remm Heating come out this morning to take a look at the HVAC at our rental apartment after seeing that our AC system wasn't able to keep up with the summer heat. They arrived promptly and on-time for our early appointment and were courteous, professional, and helpful. They inspected the system from top to bottom, cleaned the heat exchanger fins, recharged the refrigerant, and instructed us on ways to keep the electricity costs down by using certain temperature settings. The two people who came out did a great job and I look forward to using this company again.
