Augie S.I had a good experience with Elmer. It was only a garbage disposal (which is easy to install). We had a garbage disposal/plumbing issue. We reported to our home warranty they sent him out. Once he came out he swapped out the old garbage disposal with a brand new one we paid our home warranty fee and left pretty quick and easy. He was professional and respectful.
Mel R.Beware of REMLE Plumbing! My home warranty company sent them out to look at my water heater, which the owner, Elmer Gaddie, said required replacement. Elmer repeatedly stated that he had scheduled an appointment with me for the replacement when he never did. A quick call to Castle Rock's Building Division informed me that he's not authorized to perform services in Castle Rock and never pulled the required permit to replace the gas water heater. Sounds like a SCAMMER to me. His rude and unprofessional behavior also made me feel unsafe allowing him or anyone associated with him into my home again. He canceled the replacement immediately when I asked him about the permit and his business registration. Uh huh! Gotcha!
Betsy L.I would give a zero but not an option. Elmer came to our house because we have a shower leak. He came in, cut put 2 holes from our downstairs bathroom ran the upstairs shower, looked inside the wall, said he couldn't fix it and left!
he called the warranty company,told them it was prior exsisting, turned around and told our realtor that he would fix it privately for $400!
we had to get our realtor involved because he said it was prior existing then it becomes a disclosure issue.
this plumber needs to be reported for fraud.

He was Covid 19 compliant as was his helper. He called to let me know he was on his way. They were actually early and had everything done and back out the door again before their scheduled time.
I would definitely recommend calling REMLE PLUMBING AND HEATING. They are a locally owned business who went on and above for me!
