I've worked with Matt a few times from Remedy Repair for repairs and installations, and he is the best. He's responsive, friendly, professional, honest, and thorough, doing solid work and going above and beyond to provide information and double check other parts of my plumbing just to ensure I am not at risk for other leaks or issues. Plumbing problems are a true nightmare, but in all honesty, Matt actually makes it kind of fun and helped put my mind at ease. Everyone I've worked with through the front office has been kind, helpful, and informative. Cost of services was reasonable, and the security I feel knowing my plumbing is under control is priceless. I will continue to use and recommend Remedy Rooter for my plumbing needs.

I am not one of them.
Justin of Remedy Rooter replaced a wax ring at the base of my toilet eight months ago and I was charged $305. The toilet s leaking again and Dan of Remedy Rooter says they will have to charge me the same or maybe more to do the work again. I looked over the receipt and there is no guarantee for their work.
In addition, I should add that I had to prove to them that they had performed the service at my unit as they claimed they had never been here (depending on who you talked with).
This is a company that was hired by my HOA but has since elected to go with another plumbing service.

I called them up for help with slow drains, and the person who came out, Frank, was super professional, super helpful, and he explained everything he was planning to do. He was more than reasonable with expectations of what the job might take and recommendations even after he completed it. He even made sure that other parts of the house weren't having similar problems. I would really consider them for any plumbing needs they cover.

If you want professional abs courteous plumbers, this is the place to call. I have used them on a number of occasions. Had a really bad clog backing up all sinks and shower and Matt did a great job getting everything working again. On time, straight to work on the problem, fixed with no other issues.

Not only was the work done promptly and more importantly correctly! Brandon was extremely approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and offered other options if we needed to upgrade any other equipment or expand.
