As a condo association, we use Remedy Rooter for our plumbing issues. Justin Bridges is the most knowledgeable plumber I have worked with at our 134 unit condo in Tierrasanta that I have been president of for the last 3 years.
They are very responsive and good at what they do. I highly recommend Remedy Rooter.

I called Remedy Rooter for several items on a condo that I just purchased. Matt came out and got to work taking care of everything on my list. Matt was friendly, honest and answered all of my questions. I ended up calling Remedy Rooter again the next day for another issue that came up during an appliance installation and Matt was sent out again. The issue ended up involving alot more work than we had anticipated but Matt got it done. I will always ask for Matt when calling Remedy Rooter.

I love Remedy Rooter! Not only are they affordable but, Brandon's , expertise, honesty, compassion and friendliness shocked me. I have had serious plumbing problems twice and I was very fortunate to get Brandon on both visits.
I was told previously in order to fix my tub spout a lot of the tile had to be ripped out and then the repair could be made. not the case with Remedy Rooter! Brandon was able to use a tool to pull the broken copper pipe out, went to his truck made a new copper pipe and got it working within minutes!

Paul from Remedy Rooter came out to my place late on a work day -- must have been 4:30 -- to start helping me with my drainage problems. Two hours later he had identified the issues and fixed them, educating me along the way about what he was doing and how to prevent similar problems in the future.

He was courteous to a fault, professional and friendly throughout, with a smile that rarely left his face. I can't recommend him and Remedy Rooter -- who sent Paul out the same day they were called, BTW -- enough.

We had been having a sewer smell coming out of our back to back bathroom sinks. Anderson Plumbing recommended replacing the plumbing and P-traps under both sinks to alleviate the odor. I provided new faucets for them to replace, as well, for a grand total of $1091.44 Anderson really does WOW their clients (When they give you your bill) It did not alleviate the problem. Next, they recommended sending out a drain specialist come out to further inspect the lines, to see if there is a problem with the ventilation system. They also mentioned the possibility of needing to hydro-jet the line. When Anderson's drain specialist came they gave me an estimate of $600.00 to inspect the lines with a camera and smoke. Goodbye Anderson.

Hello Remedy! Remedy Rooter came out free of charge to give us an estimate. Alexander F. was great. He took the time to listen and make reasonable cost effective recommendations. We could not replicate the smell at time of inspection since we've been using an overnight enzyme treatment for the last 3 nights. Alexander recommended that we wait and see if it returns before paying for more services. If needed, Remedy Rooter will inspect the lines with a camera for $300.00, half the cost of Anderson. Remedy Rooter also guarantees their work.
