If there was a no star bottom that's what they would get. Unprofessional coming in and of my home with no booties and using my towels to clean their mess, leaving the grease outside my front doorsteps no communication and staining my carpet where the crawl space. Highly NOT recommended.

I have used Remedy Plumbing on three occasions so far and each time I have been totally satisfied with their work, their professionalism and their prices. Craig, the owner, is very easy to deal with and follows through in a timely manner to make sure that you are satisfied with the service and the cost. Sam, who works for Craig, is also pleasant and very knowledgeable. I have used some of the bigger names in plumbing in the area and Remedy beats them, hands down in every which way. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had a sewer line leak in house crawl space. I received an estimate for $870 from a different plumber. Called Remedy Plumbing Service for estimate. Sam (plumber) showed up within 2 hours and within 2 hours had cut out bad section of pipes and replaced with new, Total cost a quarter of the other estimate and problem solved same day. Sam was very professional and friendly. I hope this is my last plumbing issue, but if not, I will definitely call Remedy Plumbing again.

Craig deserves some good ol' praise! I've had plumbing issues at my home, rental property and business. I own a salon and plumbing problems are an inherent part of the business. Over the past 30 days my salon has had slow draining sinks, faucets leaking and issues with my water heater. I called Remedy Plumbing Service and Craig arrived within 2 hours. He quickly analyzed the cause of the problems, explained to me what needed to be done and quoted a price. I gave the go ahead and he promptly went to work. A few hours later my problems were gone. Craig made it possible to keep my salon open that day. I've used Remedy Plumbing in the past and I've always been satisfied with his work but in this case he made it possible to keep the salon doors open that day. His professionalism put my mind at ease so I could concentrate on the salon. Thanks Craig for all your help. Also worth mentioning is the final bill was less than the quoted price!
