Theresa A.Jesse who set me up with Eric the technician who fixed the problem was great in honoring the warranty and providing me with Eric to fix the issue. The water heater needing fixing was a tankless electric model. Eric diagnosed the problem which was in the control panel, assisted me in getting the replacement, and installed the new control panel. All at no cost to me. I was so pleased they were true in backing up their warranty provided when they installed the unit. I highly recommend Remedy Plumbing for any water related issues. Very caring and so pleasant to deal with as well as prompt. I also loved the fact that they followed up to make sure I was happy the next day and everything was working properly. GREAT COMPANY AND PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH! Will definitely use them again if needed.
