Without informing me, a pile of what was in the sewer line was left on my lawn. Because it was near dark when work was completed, I had no idea what was making my dog sick all night!! however, this morning I come out to find the mess they left for my dog to eat. Unbelievable!! I would have said how wonderful the service was... but not with this. Unprofessional, unsanitary and unacceptable to leave a gathering of sewer covered wipes on the lawn. If you had wanted me to clean them up, I should have been notified that they were there.

Very prompt and honest! John did only the work that was needed, not what I asked for ; ). Our gutters were overflowing last night with the rain. Since this has happened in the past I was concerned about roots in the French drains. John came out, checked the gutters and cleaned the downspouts. That was it. No roots -no digging. No overcharging for work that didn't need to be done. Thanks!!!

Remarkable Rooter in SLC was at my house within 3 hours (on a Monday, the busiest day of the week for plumbers) and brought the right tools for the task. David (the owners son) rooted from a roof vent and I have slippery metal, scary roof. He repeated the rooting process 3 times because he couldn't get the tool past a who-knows-what, and took the time to educate me about many things. When I first called his dad also spend significant time on the phone with me explaining the possibilities and diagnosis.

Most importantly he removed the clog, which is something the previous rooter company failed to do 5 days earlier. After the first rootering the clog came back with a vengeance. Remarkable charged $150, which in my view is a bargain for solving a problem which caused my girlfriend to move out (a slight exaggeration - she stayed with a friend until the clog was cleared). David fixed the problem 1 month ago and I have had zero problems since.

After looking at reviews (which I don't trust) I had selected Millcreek Plumbing, but they couldn't get to my house for two days and they recommended Remarkable Rooter. So this is a shout out to Dan at Millcreek Plumbing too.

I was so happy I even tipped David. This might be the first time anyone in the plumbing industry has ever been tipped.

I was having a wedding at my house in three days and I was panicked. The drain to my washing machine was clogged. I called a rooter company suggested by a friend (should've known better) who came out and tried to clear the clog. After just a few minutes they told me they couldn't do it and they would have to do extensive work to the tune of $720. I told them that I would like to think about it and called Remarkable Rooter. They came quickly and had my drain cleared within 10 minutes! This is the third time I have used Remarkable Rooter and will never use anyone else. Mark at Remarkable Rooter worked hard to unclog a sewer pipe that was damaged and did a fantastic job. I originally had plumbers from Any Hour attempt to unclog but they were unsuccessful, and their solution was to excavate my front yard for $5000. I had to put a deposit of $1200 and then eventually had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get them to finally refund my money. Because of that experience, I would not recommend them and encourage all to always get a second opinion. Mark was up front and honest and he worked very hard and didn't quit until he was able to solve the issue. He saved me thousands and an unnecessary excavation. I highly recommend Mark and Remarkable Rooter!

We contacted these folks after a referral from another plumber. The drain in our utility room suddenly started to back up. If you live in an older house like we do, you start to really worry about all the possibilities. Plus, it was late in the evening and what were we going to do all night as the water slowly took over our basement? We had Remarkable Rooter come and they took care of it right away. It turns out our water main was clogged up (I think?) which we could tell my turning on the kitchen faucet. Fantastic experience, what a relief. They were so responsive!! Hope to never have the issue again, but highly recommend.

Mark and his team at Remarkable Rooter were amazing! I had a very difficult situation and they got to the bottom of it. Super knowledgeable and went out of their way above and beyond what I expected. We have been using remarkable Rooter for a few years. They have always been great service and super fair price. Awesome people
