I had selected this co. based on their pricing and their availability! So, we set an appointment for 6:30pm on a Friday. So, 6:30pm arrives and we were expecting their arrival and nothing! I After 30 mins I got concerned as I had not heard from them explaining why they are running late or possibly not make the appt?
Finally, an hour later at 7:30p, I txt'd their mobile number and let them know I had been waiting for an hour and now had to run errands. Even then, the company failed to respond, either by txt or call with no apology explaining why they were unable to meet the schedule!
Will not use this company for any future needs!

Upfront, honest & to the point about $ & availability beforehand. No hidden fees or charges, no weeks of wait time. Showed up perfectly on time, very respectful, kind & professional. In approximately 1hr, we'd our brand new toilet switched out & that was that. My husband & I couldn't possibly recommend this company any more, other than saying, they've our trust & we'll be calling ONLY them next time we have plumbing issues.

Stan was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry, and came out to see us the same day - days before anyone else was available. Repairs were fast, clean and courteous. Price was as quoted and very fair. Stan replied promptly and made time for my service when he was booked on the Saturday of Easter weekend. Arrived on time and serviced my tank less water heater within the hour. Loved that he made time for me when other plumbers couldn't arrive till the next week.

I reached out with a plumbing issue and was scheduled for an appointment at 9:00 am on Friday morning. At 9:30 am, I called to confirm that they were still coming to the appointment. The person that picked up said he saw my appointment on the schedule but didn't know what the issue was. When I explained what it was, he asked "is your husband there so I can talk to him?" Apparently females need a man to handle their plumbing issues! He then told me my issue wasn't as important as his other jobs and he could come out next week. There is no excuse for this unprofessional and misogynistic behavior.

Stan, the owner, came out and installed a replacement Garbage Disposal. Great Service, Quick and Good Price. "Rely On" is my new go to Plumber. Wife is very happy with the work and that is who you need to make Happy.

Stan is old-school in the best way. We were having some issues with our supply valves and a faucet installation, Stan guided us through our issues, and only charged us a minimal fee for his time. We later ran into an unforeseen issue with our wall-drain connection, and he guided us through that as well after-hours! Stan is a teacher, and a honest plumber. Thank you!

Had a nearly impossible project. Had an old 80gl water heater in a small closet that needed to be replaced with a similar capacity tank; but the newer tanks are wider and taller.

Stan responded on a Saturday when my tenants didn't have hot water and temporarily fixed the issue. He worked with me to order the right water heater. He provided his insightful advice along the way. The installation was not straightforward given the size of the closet and the need to reroute the pipes. His solutions were quite creative and he accomplished the project.

I highly recommend Stan. He is super talented and a really pleasant person to interact with. His rates are reasonable. Care, diligence, attention to details, integrity and high standards are integral components of his work and business. Thank you Stan and wish you continued success!
