We were scheduled on Monday afternoon from 12 to 2pm. I called him around this period, no one answered. Then I messaged him via Yelp, no response as well. Late afternoon, I got his message " On my way! Will catch you tomorrow " . Not reliable , no response, waste time .

Don't depend on Blue Star Plumbing.
I contacted Blue Start Friday about a condensate line clog. I explained condensate from the AC was backing up and dripping through the light fixture and various other places in our kitchen. They said they could not have someone out that day but would have someone out between 11 am and 2 pm on Saturday. They warned about the higher trip charge ($99) on weekends but I was in a tight spot so I agreed to that and made the Saturday appointment. Hannah called me Saturday to let me know the technician was delayed by their prior appointment so would miss the appointment window. By this time floor in the AC and hot water heater closet and the kitchen ceiling below were saturated and dripping in more areas. Also the backup into the hotwater heater drain pan had risen and tripped the shutoff leaving us without hot water. I said that was fine. I would wait as at that point I had failed in my own efforts to clear the line with my wet vac. Then around 3:00, Hannah called again to tell me the technician would not be able to come at all and Monday would be the soonest they could have someone out.
At this point it was clear I was dealing with a company that makes appointments that they do not honor so I hung up and began calling other plumbers.
I would advise others to avoid this company.

Had a stoppage in one of the bathrooms which required a clean out. Very quick response and came out the same day. They showed up on a Sunday ahead of time and had the issue taken care of in no time. I can't really comment too much on the pricing as they came out on a Sunday, so I would think I probably paid a bit more. But given the quick response time on a Sunday and uneventful work, I cannot complain. They were up front about the price before they came out and did not charge a penny more.

He responded quickly to our message and originally said he could come first thing in the morning. Since the clog was in our mainline, we asked if he was able to come out that day and he was at our house within an hour to unclog our mainline. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

New toilet installation and old toilet haul away was the service I requested from Rely Master Gas and Plumbing.

Very responsive via Yelp messaging and the only plumbing service that actually replied with an estimate and not an automated response to call or email someone to get an estimate/response. Also provided an estimate with/without them supplying a toilet.

Once I supplied my own toilet the work was scheduled, a couple guys came out and installed the toilet. They were careful around the house and even rolled up our runner and put it back to ensure no water or anything from the toilet dripped down.

Will definitely use again for plumbing services.
