We call a company to have our sewer line cleaned. The tech came out and couldn't get through, he left. The next day he came back with a supervisor and he couldn't get through either. He put a camera down and got through the clog and told us we needed a whole new sewer line. I called Relief Home Services for a second opinion and Bob came out. He was very thorough and friendly. He went through 2 access points and said we only need a few feet replaced. Thank You!!! I will recommend them to friends and family that need help.

Tech came to site, looked at faucet, left to get parts, replaced part.

I am assuming part cost $50-$75

Service took 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.

Bill was $540.74

Did not leave me copy of bill, I have never seen it, but he made me sign something on his tablet twice.

We called first thing this morning, explained the problem and that we needed to have this taken care of today before leaving our home for the weekend. They scheduled a time between 11 and 1, and then called at 12:45 to inform us that they couldn't help us out after all. This forced us to rush and call around to find someone to complete installing an outside faucet. It's frustrating to have a company schedule a time and then much much later, inform you that they cannot come through. The scheduler was very apologetic, she tried but was unable to find someone.

One of our Denver tenants called this company to help with a clogged bathroom drain. After they'd been charged over $400 and the problem was not solved, they called us and asked if we would pay the $375 charge to have a camera used to identify where the clog was. After THAT failed, Relief Home Services told us that they would have to jet the line at a cost of $1975.00!!! My boss went through the roof and said NO! We called another company DRAIN GENIE, and THEY went out to the property after 5pm the same day and had the toilet unclogged an running within an hour at a total cost of $170.00!! I'm feeling like Relief Home Services is in the RIP OFF business NOT the pluming business!
