We had a great experience with Reliant Plumbing. We needed them when our pipe burst due to freezing weather. They had great communication through texts from the day the appointment was made until the day the job was complete. They were apologetic and transparent about reasons for delays in service. This was completely understood due to the high demand for plumbers throughout the city at the time. I really appreciated that they were willing and able to answer some of my questions through texts as I waited for service.

Corey was on time, thorough and professional. He maintained appropriate COVID precautions and treated our home with respect. He took time to explain the work and costs. We would definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

I strongly suggest you DO NOT enlist this company's services. I am a business owner and had a very short period of time to get a machine installed before clients were arriving from all over the states. I called plumbers in my area until I found someone (supposedly) that could come out within the 48 hour timeline I had. Reliant said they could and booked and confirmed an appt with me the next day. 4 hours before they were supposed to arrive they CANCELLED! Leaving me with no machine to fulfill my obligations to clients and no TIME to find someone else! This cost me money as well as strained my relationships with clients!

They simply dropped the ball with no remorse and told me they could not find someone else to come out!

BEWARE! RELIANT IS NOT RELIABLE!

Four Stars for Reliant Plumbing. Above and Beyond! Just used Reliant Plumbing to fix and flush our tankless water heater. Steve is a master plumber and it shows. He did a great job solving the problem at hand. We have used Reliant in the past and will continue. Fairly priced services with great customer service.

We tried to find a new plumber for our properties we own in Austin and obviously we need to keep looking. They came out and fixed a leak under sink at one of our condos last week and our tenant called last night with water leaking again last night. We spent over $2000 to have repaired. We called Reliant immediate to have checked and they didn't return call until next day. When called said they could get someone out in 2 days to check! When I told her it was an emergency she said she couldn't send someone until Monday due to technicians being on emergency and unavailable. Disappointed to say the least.

I saw great reviews online and called to set up an after hours appointment for a water main leak near the meter. I expected a premium for same day service, but not the ridiculous quote I received (when I had no other options to get water service restored that night). The repair work was done well, the clean up was satisfactory, but the fee was exorbitant. I don't recommend them for emergency repair work unless you like to pay too much like I did!
