I can't say enough great things about AJ and Jason from Reliant Plumbing! They came to my spa on short notice for an emergency service and truly saved the day. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Not only did they quickly diagnose and resolve the issue with my salon bowl, but they also took the time to explain everything clearly and ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. Their positive attitude and problem-solving skills made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.

We had a leak in our backyard that 4 other companies couldn't locate. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, Steven identified the leak and within an hour, he provided us with an estimate and fixed the problem. Requested service. My request was to unclog the sewage. They were nice about it but I lease a property and they were requiring that I have the owner of the property call to give their consent. They should not need to bother the owners since I am requesting the service, it is not altering the home in anyway, and my contracted lease allows me to take such actions.

On a recent trip to San Antonio, Reliant Plumbing seriously saved the day!! I rented an Airbnb, which had a serious flood in the bathroom overnight. We let the property management know about the leak, they sent out the call to Reliant, and then the plumber arrived so quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They handled everything seamlessly with property management and what could have ruined our trip (and their property!) ended up being fixed on the spot. I was just really grateful for their quick response, fast fix, and great customer service. Thank you!!!

I called Reliant to fix a simple drip from a spigot in tub/ shower.An appointment was made for Monday.A plumber showed up at 8 am on Sunday morning.After way to much information he went to hardware store and "fixed " the problem and I was charged 500.00.But...the job wasn't completely done right s....a supervisor came out and adjusted it.Now.... I have no hot water in shower/tub and am expected to wait for them a 6 hour window of time tomorrow.They got my money and now I am yesterdays news.Go anywhere but reliant because they are unreliable.
