Reliant Plumbing went above and beyond to get our job done right!

Our boiler split in the dead of winter. Reliant came to the rescue, very rapidly setting up & completing a full replacement of our system. They finished when promised and the system looks great & functions perfectly! They put down heavy drop cloths over the entire work area and paths to it, then cleaned up so well one would never know they were here.

When we had an issue with a wifi thermostat controlling the AC (which wasn't at all their fault), they promptly returned and resolved the issue without any additional charge.

It is clear that they take great pride in their work. We highly recommend them!

They came to my house to look at two issues. I told them what the problem was before I made this appointment. Yet when the technician came here he said we don't do this and to call Roto router. The problem was our kitchen sink is clogged and backing up he said it's in the pipes outside under the ground or some thing and they don't do that. The other problem was a leak and flood in my art studio from tubing in a cat litter connected to the studio sink. He looked at that but did not even really say anything about it...when I asked he said oh you better get someone else to do all of it and he said the tubing which was the wrong outdoor tubing was connecting to and contaminating our drinking water. My brother said this is not true, it does not connect to the drinking water and in addition we only drink water out of filtered water from the fridge.

I'm not sure why they couldn't figure out they weren't going to do anything before they wasted my time coming to my house. I do not recommend this company.

Our 10 year old boiler needed some serious TLC. Our expansion tank was done, air pressure valve, relief valve, and auto-fill valves were all shot and things were leaking. The technician quoted us a great price to change everything and were willing to do it the same day. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They also did an amazing job changing our main water valve when an old corroded pipe suddenly busted up and water started spraying everywhere. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I used reliant plumbing today they guys seemed nice but once the work was done I thought about it I got charged 300$ to just replace one pipe I think that's just a lot to replace one pipe . we will def look around for futures jobs

I have used Reliant on my own home as well as on my home improvement projects as a contractor. They are a top flight company and you do not need to worry about the quality of their work. Their mechanics are knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and honest. And they will respect your home. These traits seem to be less becoming in the trades these days, sadly. If any of this matters to you then you should request an estimate.
