At Reliant Heating & Cooling, we intentionally set quality benchmarks instead of growth targets. We work diligently to foster a healthy work environment with a compassionate team that is dedicated to our customers.

Having grown up in Lancaster County, PA, Melissa is well-connected to the community. Melissa earned her degree from Indiana University of PA and started her career in retail. Starting her journey at Woodward and Lothrop in Washington DC, she eventually returned to Lancaster to work as a Buyer for BonTon. From there, she became the Manager and Buyer at The Ecklin Group, managing boutique stores in downtown Lancaster.

The team is Melissa’s main focus. She leads by example, consistently supporting her colleagues. Creating a great work atmosphere leads to employee satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in excellent customer service.

Next, Melissa shifted her focus to Molly’s Convenience Café. In her role as owner, she developed a committed team that prioritizes quality, cleanliness, and customer care.

Melissa has expanded her ownership to include Reliant Heating and Cooling. As one of the few female-owned businesses in the heating and cooling field, Melissa champions our talented technicians in a caring and principled setting.
