Melissa has deep roots in Lancaster County, PA. Melissa earned her degree from Indiana University of PA and started her career in retail. She began her career at Woodward and Lothrop in Washington DC before moving back to Lancaster as a Buyer for BonTon. From there, she became the Manager and Buyer at The Ecklin Group, managing boutique stores in downtown Lancaster.

Melissa places a high value on her team. By setting an example, she always backs her teammates. A positive work environment enhances job satisfaction and loyalty among staff, which translates into exceptional customer service.

Melissa then turned her attention to Molly’s Convenience Café. In her role as owner, she developed a committed team that prioritizes quality, cleanliness, and customer care.

In addition, Melissa has added Reliant Heating and Cooling to her portfolio. As one of the few female-owned businesses in the heating and cooling field, Melissa champions our talented technicians in a caring and principled setting.
