Having grown up in Lancaster County, PA, Melissa is well-connected to the community. Melissa earned her degree from Indiana University of PA and started her career in retail. Beginning at Woodward and Lothrop in Washington DC, she later returned to Lancaster as a Buyer for BonTon. Subsequently, she took on the role of Manager and Buyer at The Ecklin Group, overseeing boutique shops in downtown Lancaster.

Teamwork is Melissa’s top priority. By setting an example, she always backs her teammates. A positive work environment enhances job satisfaction and loyalty among staff, which translates into exceptional customer service.

Following that, Melissa focused on Molly’s Convenience Café. In her role as owner, she developed a committed team that prioritizes quality, cleanliness, and customer care.

Melissa has expanded her ownership to include Reliant Heating and Cooling. Being among the rare women-owned enterprises in the heating and cooling industry, she fosters a supportive and ethical environment for our expert technicians.
