Doesn't return calls after 2 days. Had used Tom in the past and was generally happy with his work minus a few issues where he didn't properly seal a garbage disposal and it leaked. I get that you are busy and my job isn't an emergency but I do appreciate communication especially when I'm told that I'll get a call later in the evening.

Our bathroom sink was having clogging and drainage problems. I called Reliance Plumbing TWICE to get an estimate on the cost. Both times the person (different person each time) answering the phone said someone will call me back. I have yet to get a call-back and it's been two weeks. If the job is too small or not profitable enough for them, then say so and I will find someone else. But to ignore me is totally unacceptable. Not impressed.

BEST local plumber!!!
I recently needed plumbing work done to repair a leaking water line in my outdoor spigot, installation of a water line for a new refrigerator and installation of a new garbage disposal.

Tom, from Reliance plumbing, had been recommended a couple of years ago by a friend. I had been through a few really awful experiences with other local plumbing companies over charging me. I am so glad I now have the best plumber!!

Arranging an appointment is easy. My messages and or texts are immediately responded to. Tom arrives on time, is very professional and always goes out of the way to keep costs down. I highly recommend Tom.

I will NEVER Use another a Plumber , Tom is an honest ""stand up guy"" , so very Rare these days , Came on time , Professional , explained everything , did the job and even had time so he completed a second smaller job and still charged me 1/3 of the estimate of another local plumber , 5 stars just isn't enough , be confident in this company !!!!

He fixed my faucet and a toilet with such expertise, but explained everything on my level; although I know nothing about plumbing, I understood what he was doing.
