I was experiencing drainage issues and both a handyman and another plumbing company attempted snaking the line but with failed results. I called Reliance and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and was able to come out the next day to perform a hydro-jetting. Both Ronaldo and Danny showed up on time, explained the process and were able to complete the work in a reasonable time. They also brought the camera to show that the line was clear. I haven't experience drainage issue since.

Showed up faster than expected (within 3 hours). gave detail on pricing. did some investigating on one issue - found out it coudnt be fixed without a new part - didnt charge me for the labor involved. i will call back when i get the part. highly recommend

Alfonso is Amazing. Called with a broken pipe on a weekend, out on Sunday morning, fixed in less than an hour, and I have water again. Very reasonable pricing, no trying to sell me services, just plain honest work. I will be using them again for a planned project.

Alfredo is awesome! I had a main water main crack that was discovered on Thanksgiving Day. I put in a call to my regular plumber who said he would send a call to their call service. After 24hr with no call-back, I asked one of my neighbors who was using Reliance for a remodel if I could have their #. They called and Alfredo said someone would be out.! The Friday after Thanksgiving, Alfredo was out in the dark himself fixing the issue! Awesome service - reasonably priced for the short notice on a holiday weekend!

The service was fast, friendly, and great! We had a leak behind the fridge in a water line that had been closed off and another plumber told us it would be $700 and he'd have to go through the attic to fix it! Well Alfredo knew what was wrong and was able to replace the line and fix it for under $200, and he didn't need to go up through the attic! It's nice to have someone work on your home who has integrity and cares! We will be calling you for all of our future plumbing needs!

Had a water heater installed, They would not give pricing over the phone. We were in a pinch and needed it done asap. The quality of the work performed was top no complaints. Two hours of work or less, However, the price to get it done was crazy. If we could have waited or I would have known the final price in advance I would have suffered until I could get it done by a friend. It was a straight up water heater install, the only addition was the replacement of a valve that controls the water to our refrigerator. It would have been cut off anyway when they attached the piping to the unit. $10 valve on the outside. Called and complained twice, the owner was supposed to get back to me and never did. I just can't believe it costs more to install a water heater then it does to buy one, The unit we purchased was name brand and comes with a 12 year limited warranty protection. The bulk of bill was labor plumbers get paid pretty well. Learned a lesson in patience.

Very rude and sarcastic plumber that came. Issue took 5min to resolve and very minimal labor for plumber but cost me 140 dollars. Did not talk about price at all before doing work because I would have declined at their ridiculous prices.

Amazing and accurate service. I called on a Sunday night for a leak I noticed developing on the ceiling. We have had this problem before, so this was an emergency. Mind you, I called another 5 star rated company before I called Reliance and that technician took 45 minutes to call back and then acted like he didn't want to come out and asked me to schedule Monday! Said he had to finish another job and THEN drive to me and it would be a long time. No problem and no thanks. So I called Reliance and Alphonso, the technician, returned the call within 5 minutes. He was very polite and professional and said that he was currently on another job that would take about another hour, but when he finished he would call and come right over. He did just that. Quickly found the origin of the problem, repaired it, and explained in detail all that he did. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

DO NOT TRY THEM! After waiting all day for their """"master plumber"""" to come to the house their plumber stormed off disrespectfully , got into his truck and drove off because I was calling his office to check on the pricing he was quoting me. They won't tell you how much it is to use a camera to check your pipes so you have to wait until someone comes to you. After being delayed and rescheduling, I waited for him and finally he came at nearly 5:00 pm -- 5 hours late. On the reschedule call, the woman at their office told me that he has had a long day and wanted me to know that if he comes out here it would cost between $300-$375 to use the camera to check my pipes under my house for leaks or to see if there was a clog or if one of the pipes was sagging. I said fine to tell him I wanted this done. Mr. Plumber arrived with a very obvious attitude of """"I've had a long day and I'm going to tell you everything you need to send me away without working for you."""" When I told him that I need to know if there is a leak or a sag in the pipes under the house because we have already spent $2400 because of toilets flooding the rooms with 6 bathrooms in my house , he told me that it is $350 PER LINE NOT FOR THE JOB. He knew I didn't need for him to look at the drain field we have just to check the plumbing lines under the house but he told me there are """"many lines """". Its an easy job because we have a crawl space under out house. He also tried to tell me that discoloration and rippling on a section of wood in my kitchen is due to a wood problem... Ha ha that is a ridiculous assumption. These are Carlisle wide plank floors from Atlanta and they are all throughout my house and for 11 years there is not another place that appears to be turning colors, has a rippled finish as if it were soaked from underneath . ] I told him I was going to call his office and dispute what he was telling me and he stormed off and got into his truck and sped down my long driveway. He was here no more than 15 minutes. Horrible ! Almost unbelievable but this man did not want to work anymore and this was the excuse he needed to get home. The people in the office seem nice but as expected, the manager had gone home and was unable to speak to me about this.

Serious Overcharges I called Reliance Plumbing to snake a toilet and replace a garbage disposal for my elderly disabled parents. Alfonso was at their house for less than 2 hours and charged $180 for parts and $520 for labor. That's over $260/hour for labor! Reliance Plumbing took advantage of my parents and they will take advantage of you too if you call them. Do not recommend.
