Called Scott again because our hot water heater went out. He went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly. He was very knowledgeable about our model of hot water heater and was able to troubleshoot the problem, replace the defective/damaged parts, and get everything back up and running in no time at all. As always, the customer service at Reliance was exceptional. Samantha in the office was friendly and helpful, and Scott was on time and efficient. He also took the time to explain what he found, how he was able to fix it and how the warranty works. We are extremely satisfied with their service and will continue using Reliance for all of our plumbing needs.

Scott and Brad came to my house did water heater diagnostic test and fix the issue. Like other yelp reviewers, I strongly agree that Scott is super friendly and honest and goes above beyond when it comes to customer service. I was hesitant to call at first but I'm sure glad I did and will use him again in the future from now on. Friendly and straightforward and does extra services at no cost. My water heater (thanks to Scott for pointing it out on his previous visit) was manufactured/installed in 1997. It was overdue to fail any time, so to avoid the potential headache and mess in the garage if it does fail, I called on Reliance Plumbing once again to help me out.

Scott, and his assistant Brad, are always a pleasure to see and talk to. (I don't often say this about people working in or around my house.) By this time, they are like old friends to me already. Scott gave me a very reasonable cost to replace the water heater and they did a fabulous job, as expected.

He replaced everything (including fittings and hoses) and even added extra things (at no additional cost) ---- a pan, a pipe extension to prevent water from sipping in the wall, strap for my expansion tank, etc. He is methodical, neat, with great attention to detail, and takes pride in his work.

I can honestly say that Scott (Reliance Plumbing) is one of the best service personnel/companies that I ever had. He's earned my business for life.

If I could give more than 5 Stars for the plumbing service that I received from Reliance Plumbing, and Scott in particular, I would. Honest, friendly, and professional. Scott diagnosed the problem and created the solution in a matter of minutes. I now realize that plumbers I've relied on in the past (for the same problem) were not as ethical as I had thought. 5+ Stars to Scott and Reliance Plumbing!!! We have used Scott for our plumbing issues at a couple of our homes now. He is very knowledgeable and just a super great guy. One of the things we like the most is we feel we can trust him to be honest and not just want to charge us an arm and a leg. If there's something wrong, he will fix it. If there isn't anything wrong, he won't make something up just to get paid. If your looking for experience along with honesty and a good job done, Scott at Reliance Plumbing is your guy.

We had a clogged master bedroom shower and we requested AHS to have Reliance Plumbing (RP) take care of it. We chose RP because they received excellent reviews by other customers on yelp. We are so glad we chose RP. Scott made the time to come to our house on a Saturday and worked really hard to solve the problem. It was rather a nasty clog and Scott spent the time and had the necessary equipment to unclog the shower. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I will give Scott and RP an Outstanding grade and I will call for them in the future and highly recommend them. Thanks Scott.
