Thank you to Scott and Reliance Plumbing. Our hot water sprung a leak out of the top on a Friday afternoon and when I called a couple of businesses, no one was answering-- except for Scott. Very friendly, I talked to him for a bit and he told me how to get through the weekend by selectively turning on the water valve when showering then turn it back off when done. He showed up on time Monday. He is clean cut, was in and out within about 2.5 hours and left the area clean. He changed out the water heater and disposed of the old one, replaced the pan and all lines. He even took $50 off of the quote because he used my existing water valve since it was in excellent condition. His pricing is fair and I look forward to calling him back for future plumbing needs.

I called several plumbers in the area for a small repair. Out of 5 or 6 called Reliance was only one of two who actually called me back. I got a referral for reliance from Ferguson plumbing supply figuring they deal with many local plumbers and would point me in the right direction. Scott called to let me know he was running 15 min. late which I appreciate. Work was done quickly and looks good. Price was a bit higher than quoted on the phone but not by alot. I figure this had to do with the job being 1"" pipe vs 3/4"". His price was still 30% cheaper than the one other quote I received. Great service nice guy.

Called on a Sunday night about a small pond in front yard and Scotts awesome wife heard the message and called me back in 15 minutes! He fit me in the next day and worked after dark with flashlight headgear. Scott does amazing work with competitive fair prices and just a really cool guy. Called Scott again because our hot water heater went out. He went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly. He was very knowledgeable about our model of hot water heater and was able to troubleshoot the problem, replace the defective/damaged parts, and get everything back up and running in no time at all. As always, the customer service at Reliance was exceptional. Samantha in the office was friendly and helpful, and Scott was on time and efficient. He also took the time to explain what he found, how he was able to fix it and how the warranty works. We are extremely satisfied with their service and will continue using Reliance for all of our plumbing needs.

I just called to inquire about gas services for my house and Scott was just AMAZING! Although, we have a little work to do before hiring him, I am DEFINITELY calling him when we are ready to convert our fireplace to gas & our grill in the backyard to natural gas!!!! What an amazing experience!

Scott and Brad came to my house did water heater diagnostic test and fix the issue. Like other yelp reviewers, I strongly agree that Scott is super friendly and honest and goes above beyond when it comes to customer service. I was hesitant to call at first but I'm sure glad I did and will use him again in the future from now on. Friendly and straightforward and does extra services at no cost. My water heater (thanks to Scott for pointing it out on his previous visit) was manufactured/installed in 1997. It was overdue to fail any time, so to avoid the potential headache and mess in the garage if it does fail, I called on Reliance Plumbing once again to help me out.

Scott, and his assistant Brad, are always a pleasure to see and talk to. (I don't often say this about people working in or around my house.) By this time, they are like old friends to me already. Scott gave me a very reasonable cost to replace the water heater and they did a fabulous job, as expected.

He replaced everything (including fittings and hoses) and even added extra things (at no additional cost) ---- a pan, a pipe extension to prevent water from sipping in the wall, strap for my expansion tank, etc. He is methodical, neat, with great attention to detail, and takes pride in his work.

I can honestly say that Scott (Reliance Plumbing) is one of the best service personnel/companies that I ever had. He's earned my business for life.

Found Reliance Plumbing through Yelp. Great experience, Scott came by took care of the clogged main pipe and taught me what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues.
