These guys are simply great.
I had Tom install a well pump at my place a few years back and he did a great job. Besides suggested and implemented some modification that added to the water pressure in my house.
Since the installation, my well pump has had issues twice and Tom are very prompt at fixing the issue.
He came over the very next day and replaced the pump when it was broken.
More over did not charge me a penny for labor or parts since he had given a 5 years warranty. And has also offered to extend the warranty if the pump gets damaged so often.
I would recommend anyone with a well issue to approach Tom/Reliable Well &Pump.

Reliable Well & Pump continues to be the best. My wife and I have been customers since 2018. I had to call Tom today because I noticed my well pump was running for over 45 minutes and was making weird noises and getting really hot. Tom came out within 30 minutes of me calling him. He went through all the different reasons why the pump was malfunctioning and we decided to start by replacing the pump to see if this cures the problem. He then walked me through the next steps in the event we keep having issues. He and Donnie (his co-worker) were extremely professional and got everything done in under an hour. I will recommend Reliable Well & Pump to anyone.

Kudos to Tom Talbot from Reliable Well & Pump out of Tewksbury, MA My well pump failed yesterday and I called four companies for service including Tom from Reliable. Tom returned my call immediately (despite the fact he was returning from vacation and was in the airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico) and he was here this morning at 0800 ready to fix it...he completed the job in two hours. The other three companies I called did not return my phone call including Henshaw (Templeton), County Pump (Fitchburg), and The Water Store (Rindge). Thank you so much, Tom! Service America... Love prosperous small businesses.

I had an issue with my pump. Service was here in a few hours, and quickly fixed the problem. The price seemed reasonable, and they were very pleasant. I will definitely use them in the future.

I spoked to Tom the owner on the phone and told him I had no water coming into the house . He came the next day on a holiday and diagnose that I had a damaged pipe in the ground . He than went home to get his backhoe on a rainy day and dug till he found the pipe and repaired it in great time and the price was very low . I cant tell you enough how happy I was with Toms work

Called this company after seeing good reviews. They deserve them. Lee came out and worked out what was wrong with my water softening system, spent a long time fixing it and giving me advice on the best way to keep it running smoothly. I was very happy with the work and the price was reasonable. Definitely will use again.

I seldom write reviews, but these guys are fantastic. Tom Talbot the owner is seriously professional and Lee the master plumber that did the work at my place is top-notch.

I had a problem with my water pressure that nobody could figure out. When I had the hot water on in the master shower it dribbled out, BUT, if you turned the cold water on in the sink faucet the water came rushing out, but got cold quickly... The contractor that put the system in couldn't figure it out. The HVAC guy who did the hot water install suggested I replace the mixing valve - $500 wasted dollars - and the guy that built the house couldn't understand it. I had low water pressure to begin with and I wanted a water pressure booster, and did a bunch of research. Tom suggested a different approach and manufacturer - and he was spot on correct. The water flows like a dream now. However, the booster did not initially it did fix the issue of the hot water pressure. Lee the master plumber - this guy is the real deal and a seriously nice guy - refused to leave until he figured it out -- mind you I had at least four other professionals look at this - and charge for their time. Lee ascertained that my master bathroom sink faucet was designed in a way that the higher pressure cold water had the ability to cross over into the lower pressure hot water supply - which was the reason that the hot water flowed in the master shower when you turned the water on in the sink although it quickly went cold as the water mixed in the system! So he diagnosed that the problem must be the hot water check valve near the boiler which was necessary because we had a hot water recirculating pump. And BAM he was correct! He changed the check valve (actually upgrading it so it could be replaced in the future without having to cut the pipe) and the water flows like Niagara Falls! Only charged me the part cost for the check valve - because after spending $2,500 for the water pressure system - Lee was not leaving until the total solution was in place! The whole family is thrilled with the fantastic water pressure.

These guys were awesome! About 4 years ago we had our submersible pump replaced by a company we won't mention. Since the installation there was constant air coming out of every faucet. That contractor said everything was working fine and went on his way. I finally got sick of it and called Reliable Well & Pump. They came out early the next morning and found the problem within minutes. The fitting at the discharge pipe was leaking and most of our water wasn't even reaching inside the house. They came back the next business day and fixed our problem. No more air! Later that day I came home and found no water coming from our faucets and called them back. They were at my house within an hour and discovered our toilet was running all day do to a bad adjustment (new toilet I installed)and the well was empty. We shut the switch off for the night and the next morning we had tons of water with awesome pressure! A huge thank you to Tom, Leo and Don! I highly recommend these guys for great service!

I called Tom Talbot at the suggestion of a contractor who I know very well. Our well pump, while never giving us trouble, was nearly 20 years old and I wanted to get ahead of the curve and replace it.

Tom and his assistant Donny showed up when they promised they would and were able to locate the well quickly (it was buried) and shortly afterwards sent me a quote.

Today they showed up as scheduled and installed a brand new pump, wiring, and access riser. Our water pressure has never been better and we're very happy about how easy the whole process was.

They're just a couple of hardworking, regular guys who don't screw around, answer all your questions, and are easy to talk to.

I'd recommend Reliable Well and Pump to anyone.

Woke up this past Sunday to no water. My plumber referred me to Tom at Reliable Well & Pump. Before I had called my plumber, I had called one of the huge well companies from NH and got put on their weekend 'call back list'. Before the other company had called me back to tell me they could be there on Monday afternoon, Tom was on sight and diagnosing the problem. Start to finish the service and communication were top notch. Up and running within a half a day. Being a homeowner, I have always taken water coming from the faucet for granted and never thought about the process involved. Tom happily explained the process and educated me on the way wells and pumps work. I plan on having him back later this summer for some scheduled maintenance work to avoid another emergency call down the road.
