Our 30+ year old well pump broke down. Tom from Reliable answered when we called, came out quickly--late on a Friday--and replaced it the same day. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and completely professional. Our water is running again thanks to Tom. Thank you!!!

I called Tom to repair my pump because my usual Willington Pump Supply was busy. And I am glad I did. Tom responded quickly and was able to come and fix the problem the same day. He was professional and courteous. He also provided advice on how to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

He instructed me what equipment I needed and then patiently guided me through the process of rebalancing the pressure in my well over the phone. The answer is on the name. ""reliable"".and that's exactly what they are!!! Came when my heater broke down specially now that it is pretty cold and got it fixed for a decent cost. Now we know things aren't cheap and they do have to charge a decent amount - but you almost can't put a price on heat in new england.

Hired Tom/Reliable largely due to the good reviews about communication, responsiveness. We hired him to replace our water softener. initially he responded to the query and install well, but on follow up service requests, he became increasingly hard to communication with, often taking several calls over a week or two to get a hold of. Said he was ""busy"" and gave him a pass. Then hired him to perform a water quality test, which came back with several water Quality issues, several of which involved the performance of the water softener he recommended and installed. A softener that has no other local support besides him...

He was completely unresponsive, highly unprofessional, and never bothered to return the dozens of calls/messages over the course of several weeks. Long story short, hiring him was a waste of a couple thousand $$, waste of time, and now need to hire another company to redo/resolve issues. Terrible experience cannot recommend him to anyone,

These guys are simply great.
I had Tom install a well pump at my place a few years back and he did a great job. Besides suggested and implemented some modification that added to the water pressure in my house.
Since the installation, my well pump has had issues twice and Tom are very prompt at fixing the issue.
He came over the very next day and replaced the pump when it was broken.
More over did not charge me a penny for labor or parts since he had given a 5 years warranty. And has also offered to extend the warranty if the pump gets damaged so often.
I would recommend anyone with a well issue to approach Tom/Reliable Well &Pump.

Reliable Well & Pump continues to be the best. My wife and I have been customers since 2018. I had to call Tom today because I noticed my well pump was running for over 45 minutes and was making weird noises and getting really hot. Tom came out within 30 minutes of me calling him. He went through all the different reasons why the pump was malfunctioning and we decided to start by replacing the pump to see if this cures the problem. He then walked me through the next steps in the event we keep having issues. He and Donnie (his co-worker) were extremely professional and got everything done in under an hour. I will recommend Reliable Well & Pump to anyone.

Kudos to Tom Talbot from Reliable Well & Pump out of Tewksbury, MA My well pump failed yesterday and I called four companies for service including Tom from Reliable. Tom returned my call immediately (despite the fact he was returning from vacation and was in the airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico) and he was here this morning at 0800 ready to fix it...he completed the job in two hours. The other three companies I called did not return my phone call including Henshaw (Templeton), County Pump (Fitchburg), and The Water Store (Rindge). Thank you so much, Tom! Service America... I had an issue with my pump. Service was here in a few hours, and quickly fixed the problem. The price seemed reasonable, and they were very pleasant. I will definitely use them in the future.

I spoked to Tom the owner on the phone and told him I had no water coming into the house . He came the next day on a holiday and diagnose that I had a damaged pipe in the ground . He than went home to get his backhoe on a rainy day and dug till he found the pipe and repaired it in great time and the price was very low . I cant tell you enough how happy I was with Toms work
